Pros:

La localización del hotel es excelente, pero la habitación que nos dieron con los niños era muy agobiante. La ventana que habia daba a un patio interior diminuto por lo que no habia ventilación. La limpieza estaba bastante bien dentro de lo que permite la antigüedad y el poco mantenimiento del hotel. Por el precio que tiene es aceptable con la calidad

El personal muy compresivo.
Pros:

Sobre todo el trato de la camarera de piso(señorita Omaira) muy simpática y atenta con nosotros, los chicos de recepción te resolvían cualquier duda o inconveniente que nos surgiera. En general todo perfecto.

Cons:

Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación,ya que la habitación que nos asignaron tenía una ventana de barrotes muy separados y nuestras mascotas son muy pequeñas y se podían caer al vacío.
Se lo comunicamos en recepción y lo entendieron y nos cambiaron de habitación sin problemas.

Para una noche y si quieres estar en el centro de Puerto de la Cruz genial

Me gustó sobretodo la zona céntrica al lado de la plaza el charco

Cons:

Que está un poco descuidado… la alfombra que cubre las escaleras súper desgastada y en la habitación parte del techo sin pintar y en el baño había una bañera pero sirve solo para ducharte. Osea que no es bañera. En la azotea la piscina muy pequeña la verdad y para mi falta poner por lo menos una máquina expendedora de café y/o otras bebidas para beber algo y no tener que salir del hotel.

Problemas de conexión para el móvil, no funcionaba la wifi en las habitaciones y la conexión por móvil era muy débil ...

La situation de l'hôtel près de la place du Charcot parfait

Le bruit. Nous étions logé au l'avant de l'hôtel..rue bruyante..camion poubelle passant tôt le matin....
C'est la quatrième fois que je fais ds cet hôtel mais c'est la première fois que ma chambre est à l'avant ..pas bien dormi..besoin de tentures et volets...
Pas de clim..il y faut chaud et si on laisse fenêtre ouverte, pas possible de dormir à cause du bruit

Location right in centre of town.

Cons:

Very run down Pool area very neglected.
Avoid room 205 - it has 2 massive Cockroaches living in it and the are lightening quick, they live in the cracks and crevices and come out at night. Happily the staff founf me another room.
No aircon in the Hotel just portable fans, so its quite uncomfortable.
Cleaning is not great - I dropped an empty snickers wrapper and deliberately left it under my bed in room 216 on my first night - it was still there when I left!
Inconsiderate noisy guests are also an issue.
Having said all that, you get what you pay for, its value for money , just avoid room 205!🪳
