Cheap getaway
Pros:

This hotel has had lots of poor reviews but you get what you pay for! The room was comfortable and clean, perfect location in the centre of Puerto De La Cruz, nice choice for breakfast! There were a lot of school trips there but it didn’t disturb us at all. Honestly for the money it was great

Hay que ponerse de acuerdo con las normativas respecto a las mascotas..

El personal fantastico a la llegada y el dia entero.. El bufet de desayuno la piscina todo genial y la aceptación a ir libre con mi mascota por el hotel y la ubicación

Que no ponen unas normas con respecto a las mascotas que este de acuerdo todo el personal ya que un dia pude entrar en el bufet con mi mascotas y el dia de la salida no. Y yo ese dia estaba sentada y vi como salía una pareja de desayunar con su mascota y yo la mia la llevaba en un cochino y ellos con correa solo.. que cuando subí a la habitacion se ve que me habían desconectado el servicio a la tele y la luz del baño ni los enchufes funcionaban y cuando me levante iva todo correcto eso fue el dia de la salida ... y no dormí bien ya que hay una luz de emergencia dentro de la habitación que no deja descansar bien. Una cosa mi mascota no se acerca al bufet esta en un carrito en cambio las personas al coger la comida se les puede caer un pelo y dormir al hablar sueltan salidas y germenes ect...
