Lovely friendly staff. Nice restaurant.
Pros:

Good position for Franschoek, shuttle to take down to town 5 minutes journey. Great for visiting wineries and taking wine train

Cons:

Our room didn't have a door from bedroom to toilet which was not ideal but don't know about other rooms. No Netflix or streaming service on tv.

Definitely coming back!
Pros:

We had a lovely room with great views. It was peaceful, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and exceptionally helpful.

Huge rooms and nice views are strongpoints
Pros:

A very quick Uber ride or 10-15 minute stroll from the village, views are lovely and the room we had was huge.

Cons:

I would stay right in the centre next time and the restaurant was disappointing.

Fantastic villas in a lovely setting
Pros:

Great location we have stayed several times previously. Absolutely fantastic villas with everything you could want and truly luxurious. Views are lovely .

Cons:

Fountain in main pond not working and wasn't working a year ago.
Needs more sunbed space at times can't get one! They have built a new pool and this has next to no sunbed space either.
With more building work going on this is only going to ger worse.

Good option for a short stay in Franschoek
Pros:

The location of the estate as it is close enough to Franschoek Village but still has the feel of being in the winelands

Cons:

The check in process was confusing as the staff werent sure which managing agency we had been assigned to.
Part of the estate is under construction which made it noisy at times

Wohnung war funktional und grosszügig.

Cons:

Es gibt sicher viele schöne Wohnungen in der Anlage. Unsere hatte keine Aussicht, nur unschöne Gebäuderückwand. In Booking Beschreibung war Aussicht. Infrastruktur im Zimmer war zwar Ok, aber Stecker und Steckdosen z. T. nicht kompatibel - wohl schlechte Qualitätssicherung. Bei kurzfristiger Buchung über Booking gibt es einfach den 'Restposten'

Boa localização, staff muito gentil e prestativo, acomodações amplas e boa relação custo/benefício.

Cons:

O café da manhã não é uma prioridade para esta acomodação. Em razão do preço e do que era oferecido no buffet, preferimos conhecer um café na cidade, o que acabou se mostrando uma ótima decisão.

Nice property with large rooms, but slightly dated, and a little noisy in the morning.
Pros:

Very large rooms, and comfortable beds. Fantastic views from the restaurant area.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise from staff in the hotel from pretty early in the morning (around 7am). I found it relatively pricey, as it is getting a little dated and probably needs a refresh soon.

A good base to discover Franschhoek and surrounds although there is about a 20 minute walk into town. Beautiful quiet lo
Pros:

Friendly staff, very helpful. Quiet location with beautiful views. Room large and spacious.

Cons:

Food in restaurant was below average. Our suite was in the main building and was a bit dated and needs some renovations (taps on basins in bathroom all loose). Couldn’t really use the bath as water was brownish - perhaps hot water system needs replacing!
