Facilities comfortable….admin is a disaster…which takes away from the experience
Cons:

I would have given it a better score however this was the second time I had issues at check in. Staff most inefficient with emails as a result the booking I made directly with them for the first night could not be found I was rescued by a screenshot I took after making the payment…which I did due to inefficiencies I experienced prior when I was checked into an unclean unit with cat food and food int the fridge with someone’s clothes in the wardrobes. Both these occasions have left a bitter taste in my mouth…A SHAME REALLY FOR SUCH A GREAT ESTABLISHMENT. The front office staff/admin is utterly useless …after an hour drive…last thing you want is experiencing issues at check in TWO TIMES IN A ROW….after a chain of emails that went unanswered.

Great service and excellent location. Been visiting for many years.
Pros:

Location is perfect for a quite but very scenic location.

Cons:

The assessment of the electrical and room condition before guests arrive.
The lights were not all in working order, and it took a few attempts to get this partially resolved.
We still really enjoyed our stay, but proactive checking from the staff is mandatory to enable a great experience.

Pros:

Gorgeous decor, very comfortable rooms each with own en suite bathroom, in a tranquil location with beautiful views from the living area.

The staff were next level....super friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean.

My only issue is I would love to have a door on the bathroom....have never understood the reasoning for this.

Stayed here a few times, love the location and staff always 100% on point.

Cons:

This stay I was a bit disappointed in a few things, villa was not stocked with all items for a self catering unit, no extra blankets that is always available in the villas esp with our cold winters, housekeeping never left shower mats after removing used ones which was inconvenient with wet floors and hot water ran cold in the showers throughout the stay.
Also stayed here a month ago and for the same price this villa was much smaller, no baths only showers which felt like I was getting less for the same price.
