Overall I liked the place, and would maybe stay there again for the price. I would specifically request my villa
Pros:

The villas are spacious and well equipped with very good views. Facilities are modern and clean aside from a few details that needed to be checked. The staff really were great and made a huge effort across the board.

Cons:

Unfortunately the rooms for me were a bit of disappointment. I had booked a 2 bedroom for my sister and me. One room was huge with a king bed and pyjama lounge, while the other was tiny with twin beds. Not great for 2 adults travelling alone and different to the pictures. I was expecting 2 equal rooms and booked very far in advance. The lounge carpet was also wet when we arrived, which had created a smell. The staff did remove the carpet immediately on request. The restaurant needs some love. The food was a 5 for us sadly, and I would not eat there again. When we requested olive oil for our salad as we didn’t like the dressing, there was none in the whole restaurant which was strange.

EXCELLENT accommodation, clean and beautiful. Also fine for the disabled . Altogether AWESOME
Pros:

Thank you for accommodating me being disabled. I have Multiple Sclerosis so use a 3-wheeled walker and cannot climb more than 1 or 2 stairs . I forgot to tell you this in advance. Your manager was wonderful when i told him of my trouble and he switched my villa 71 to villa 1 immediately . THANK YOU !!

Pros:

Lovely views, very tastefully decorated, well equipped

Cons:

Parking for 2nd car difficult
4 flights of stairs and no lift problematic for one of our party with walking difficulties.

Pros:

Tive uma experiência excelente neste hotel! A localização é perfeita, muito conveniente e próxima dos principais pontos da região. O quarto era extremamente amplo, confortável, silencioso e impecavelmente limpo.

Toda a equipe foi muito cordial e prestativa desde o check-in, sempre com ótima comunicação e atenção aos detalhes. As áreas comuns também eram muito bem cuidadas e transmitiam uma sensação de conforto e sofisticação.

Sem dúvidas, uma hospedagem que tornou minha viagem ainda mais especial. Voltaria com certeza!

we loved the elegant apartment with lots of space. The staff were very . Superb location

if the coffee machine didn't stop working mid stay. the reception lady did get us some coffee from the restaurant to make us feel better. She was super!

Pros:

What a beautiful place! It was clean. All the amenities in working order and a lovely peaceful environment. Would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Little bit of construction happening but it didn't worry us. We were clearly informed about the construction as well.

Great Mountain Views but let down by cleanliness and maintenance

Size of unit was good
All required utensils, appliances was provided
The mountain view from the villa
Staff are friendly

Cons:

The headboard was full of dust,
The shower had black mould on the inside of the glass door,
The air-conditioning unit in the room made a massive noise when operating which was a problem when wanting to sleep,
The Dstv stopped working and although being told that maintenance in onsite and would be sent to assist, eventually the porter arrived because maintenance could not be found and the porter had to video call a staff member to try and assist but in vain.
The outside wooden furniture needs some urgent maintenance because it is completely weather worn.
The cupboard in the main bedroom had a dirty sock left behind from a previous guest.
