Great service and excellent location. Been visiting for many years.
Pros:

Location is perfect for a quite but very scenic location.

Cons:

The assessment of the electrical and room condition before guests arrive.
The lights were not all in working order, and it took a few attempts to get this partially resolved.
We still really enjoyed our stay, but proactive checking from the staff is mandatory to enable a great experience.

Perfectly peaceful Franschhoek stay
Pros:

Gorgeous decor, very comfortable rooms each with own en suite bathroom, in a tranquil location with beautiful views from the living area.

The staff were next level....super friendly and always willing to help. The room was spacious and clean.

My only issue is I would love to have a door on the bathroom....have never understood the reasoning for this.

Maintain standard
Pros:

Stayed here a few times, love the location and staff always 100% on point.

Cons:

This stay I was a bit disappointed in a few things, villa was not stocked with all items for a self catering unit, no extra blankets that is always available in the villas esp with our cold winters, housekeeping never left shower mats after removing used ones which was inconvenient with wet floors and hot water ran cold in the showers throughout the stay.
Also stayed here a month ago and for the same price this villa was much smaller, no baths only showers which felt like I was getting less for the same price.

Stay here if you are in Franschhoek
Pros:

We had a two bed villa and a studio for our family, both were beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The setting is very picturesque and it’s a 10 min walk to the centre of Franschhoek. The food on the restaurant was excellent and good value. Lastly the staff couldn’t do enough to help you. We had a great stay.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber.
Wir waren zwei Paare und jeder hat ein Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Küche. Betten waren gut. Es war alles sehr schön eingerichtet. Haben nicht selbst gekocht.
Ein- und auschecken problemlos

Cons:

Es war gegenüber eine Baustelle. Da war der Ausblick vom einen Schlafzimmer halt nicht so schön. Waren aber sowieso tagsüber unterwegs. Die Baustelle ist ja auch nicht ewig.
