בסך הכל המלון השתדל לתת הרגשה נוחה וכיפית.
הייתי במלון הזה שהיה בבעלות הקודמת
וחל שיפור.
ביקשנו חדר מונגש ובאו לקראתנו
כי אין הרבה כאלה במלון.
האוירה הכללית היתה טובה .

כשהיגענו היתה קבוצה של עובדי מדינה
ולכן המלון דאג לפעילויות ולארוחת צהרים
מלאה.
לעומת זאת כשהם עזבו המלון החליט
שאין צורך בארוחת צהרים
שמו איזה דוכן עם נקניקיות ושניצל מעובד
ובורקס לא מוצלח במיוחד
וזה היווה את התחליף לארוחת צהרים
מסודרת,
וזה לא בסדר.

Pros:

The entire staff were very accommodating and caring, including the chef, who took special care of my specific dietary needs as someone who is gluten-free.

The food was delicious, and the bed was especially very comfortable.

From the manager to the receptionists, everyone truly cared about my needs and made sure I was well taken care of.

A special thank you to Yuval from customer service, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of on my last day.

Kol hakavod to the hotel.


Looking forward to staying in this hotel again when I'm back in Eilat.

Cons:

The only issue I experienced was that the door key card wasn’t working when I checked in. Key card mechanism was broken. The security staff responded immediately and resolved the issue by providing me with a key from the front desk. . The next day, the manager personally explained the situation and apologized for the inconvenience, assuring me they were addressing the issue right away.

חדר ברמת אבזור נמוכה, אין ניקוז בחדר שירותים מקלחת
אין מקום לשבת בערב בחוץ (כל הלובי היה ממש רועש ולא היה נעים לשבת), הציעו לי לשבת על ספסל בחנייה, לא לגיטימי!
