בחדרים אין קפה תה סוכר ובקבוק מים...החדרים צריכים לעבור שיפוץ השטיחים בחדרים עם ריח של אבק.

חדרים כמו באכסניה , איך שנכנסנו לחדר האסלה שבורה , היה נזילה מהמים במקלחת , ״הכל כלול פלוס״ - האוכל בחדר אוכל היה נחמד ולא מעבר מלבד ארוחת שישי בערב שהיה טעים מאוד .
האלכוהול הכלול פלוס לא היה טעים , וגם לא הקוקטיילים .
לא היו עוגות זמינות , לא היה מזמין הקיצר .
ובנוגע לחניה של המלון - כמעט ואין חניה אז צריך להפעיל פנגו כי לא מספיק שילמנו 2000 לסופ״ש אז נצטרך גם לשלם על חניה או לחנות באפור מחוץ למלון ושלא יקרה משהו לרכב חלילה .
הצוות והיחס הכללי היה נעים ואדיב מאד,

ביקשנו מראש לקבל חדר מוקדם יותר מ16:00 לפי צפי ההגעה שלנו למקום ,ואכן כשהגענו היה מוכן.
דלתות הארון בחדר לא היו יציבות,
ליד המיטות אין שידות,יש מעמד עם סלסלה
שלא נוח,
לקחנו את החדר הכי יקר עם הגן,ובערבים לא היתה תאורה בכלל בכל חדרי הגן,
לא היה נחמד לשבת בחושך,אז כמעט לא ישבנו בשעות החשכה
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration regarding my recent stay at your hotel.
First and foremost, I had fully prepaid my reservation in advance through Booking.com. However, upon arrival, the reception staff falsely claimed that the payment was not completed. They refused to check me into my room, forcing me to deal with unnecessary conflict and insistence until I was finally able to speak with management. Once management reviewed my booking, it was immediately confirmed that everything was paid in full and completely verified.
The front desk staff were extremely rude, unprofessional, and poorly trained. To make matters worse, once I finally accessed the room, it was full of problems and issues.
Because of this terrible service and the unacceptable behavior of your staff, I did not enjoy my stay at all. I will never return to this hotel, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
I expect a formal response regarding this unacceptable experience.

Еда не вкусная, каждый день одно и тоже. Бар…. Одно только название , в номере не очень чисто, при заселении было много темных волос и в ванной комнате и на постели, хотя я блондинка . Розетки в некоторых местах висят, лампы тоже…
Отличный персонал
Не очень вкусное питание. Лучше за эти деньги сделать вкусный полупансион.
