Cons:

Firstly, the restaurant didn't have enough seating for all of the guests over shabbat so there ended up being a complete disaster over who was allowed in and where they would sit. When I was finally let in, there wasn't a table for me.

Secondly, I booked breakfast and dinner at the hotel. This was fine over shabbat but Sunday evening they told me to go to another hotel across the city for dinner. They didn't let me know until I came down for dinner. I had to drive across town, pay for parking in order to eat dinner. The same thing happened for breakfast. No one told me in advance. I had to go to a different hotel. BTW those were great hotels that I will book next time.

Thirdly, the lady at reception (she wouldn't tell Mr her name) was incredibly rude when she was telling me about the change in restaurants. Her response when I said this wasn't acceptable not to tell me since I had been there for 5 days was "what do you expect, we don't really work during the week". Then she walked away and went back into the office.

Fourthly, there is not enough parking for all of the guests. I had to pay for parking while the hotel was busy. On the other hand, when the hotel was less busy, there wasn't even someone there to open the gate. I waited for 45 minutes before being able to enter the lot. There was no one in reception. Finally someone showed up and let me and another car in.

Fifth, as for the rooms, you can hear everything that happens in the hallway or outside from inside the rooms. The double bed is made up of 2 single beds and I kept falling in between the beds. I kept having to get up and push the beds back together.

החדרים פשוטים והפסיליטיס פשוטים. אבל הכל נוח ונעים והשירות היה טוב.
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה.

אוכל מצויין! סעודות שבת היו מעולות, גם א. בוקר טובה, צוות שרוצה לעזור לכל בקשה.

שהיה סבירה למעט ארוחת הבוקר שירדה ברמה.

דללו את ארוחת הבוקר והיא ממש ירדה ברמה.
כבר פעמיים שאני מגיעה ואין ביצי עין
והחביתות יבשות מאוד וכל הביצים לא אכילות.
בנוסף הורידו עוגת גבינה שתמיד היתה.
