Terrible cleanliness and musty allergy-causing smell

It is very close to the beach.

We had numerous issues. Parking here is atrocious. They have a lot in the front of the building and across the street. There is also parking next to the building but it it NOT owned by the property and the county will fine you for parking there.

There are no staff on the premises, and staff are very hard to get ahold of if you need something. They were quick to ask for credit card info and provide room details, but slow to answer concerns. We were provided with a door code and a code to a key if the touchpad did not work. Unsurprisingly it did not work and we had to use the door key.

Overall, some facilities look clean but a lot of it is not and there are several areas that need touch up or repairs. Upon entering the room there was a very musty smell. We initially chalked this up to another “beach hotel” smell. However, after being up all night with severe allergies, we found places in the kitchen and the bedroom that appeared to have some sort of black colored biological growth. We were unable to sleep most of the night due to the severe allergies caused by the room.

I waited until 9AM to reach out to staff out of courtesy, en though we were up since 3AM. I requested a full or partial refund due to the abysmal air quality and we were essentially told no one else has said anything so there’s no problem and denied any kind of refund or apology. They said they would have a housekeeper “check it” but that provided no help.

For approximately $200 a night after taxes, I’d stay far away from here.

Easy access to the beach and quick response from the owner

Cons:

Not clean. All 3 dirty blankets with blood and yellow stains. The floor was dirty. The furniture are old ant not looking clean.

Esa estructrura esta deteriorada, cocina deberian cambiar estufa asquerosa y deteriorada, base de cama y muebles deteriorados, gabinetes deteriorados y cucachachas en la habitacion y cocinas, trastes sucios y mucha falta de hinjiene, la verdad no lo recomiendo, me decepciones, banera se emposa el agua y pisos muy sucios, no tome foto por verguenza ajena del lugar.

Beautiful view but no rest
Pros:

I loved that our room overlooked the ocean. It had a great little kitchen. The air conditioner worked great!!

Cons:

The beds were very small and the curtains didn't cover the sliding glass door, so at 6:30 in the morning when the sun came up, the sunlight came in full force. These rooms need a serious remodeling

Quick trip to the Beach in a comfortable cool resort!
Pros:

This is a great affordable hotel right on the beach in an excellent location. Once I figured out the main door code (I missed a message), all was great!

Cons:

I wish there was an ice machine at the hotel.
