Very small shower.
The location was great we liked the pool being right outside our door. The beds were comfortable and it was very clean .
The light on our porch was too bright at night and affected the ambience. Also with the porch being small and the AC right there, the heat coming from the AC made sitting on the porch impossible. I have a suggestion for relocating the TV. The TV is close to the ceiling in the corner above the front door. It’s position makes watching it from the first bed next to the window nearly impossible because of the angle, however the bed next to the wall is far from the size of the TV and for people who’s vision isn’t the best it made it difficult to read subtitles I think a better solution for placement of the TV would be to remove the painting in the center of the room and put the TV there centered between both beds. It would make it much more pleasing for the guest. I would then remove that large painting and and place it on the wall facing the front door by doing that upon entry into the condo one faces a large piece of a art rather than just a blank wall. It would make the space much more inviting visually and much more practical when you want to watch TV or Netflix or the news. I would really encourage the owner to make those changes. It would make it a five star experience for the price.
It was right by the beach. Lots of towels were provided along with soap.
I could hear the neighbors very well all night.
The only thing good was the location of the property. It was on the beach.
First there was nothing saying it did not have an elevator. If you are disabled stay away. Second the parking is nonexistent. No form of management was onsite and the parking passes were in a cabinet that you could take as many as you wanted. They do have a overflow parking area but it was full as well. We had to park the first night in a business parking lot along with other guests. During the next day our car got towed. Once we figured out how to get to the tow company and pay $140 to get our car back we went back to the hotel. And there was no parking. Between that and the cleanliness of the room we had enough. We packed up and went home. Third this place is absolutely disgusting. There is black mold in the wall A/C, another type of mold on the furniture with a half inch of dust . The master does not have A/C, they provided a box fan which was covered with dust/lint. Dust a half inch thick on the ceiling fan. And there was spray residue on the bed from where they either had or have bedbugs. How do I know it was for bedbugs, you don’t spray 4 and a half feet up the bed to cover the head board and the 4 post of the bed for roaches. When I called and text the management company they said that they can’t do anything for us because we left and didn’t call them. They said they could have sent someone to clean the room. I laughed and said we are talking about mold all over the place. All they said was we are sorry your car got towed. We paid $800 bucks for a shithole. We have asked to be reimbursed for the second night, not the whole thing and so far no response except we will speak to the manager. This place will be reported to the health department. My wife and I travel and have stayed in over 100 other hotels and have never stayed in a place this disgusting to write a negative review. Stay away from Coastal Management properties. I am trying to add the video I took.
We absolutely loved everything about our stay and the accommodations- our 3 year old daughter really enjoyed the smart tvs/ giant bed to sleep in and the fact that the pool and beach were steps away from the door!
My only complaint if you can even call it one is the lack of parking right in front of the building.
Like it was on the 1st floor due to no elevator. Would not stay in that room again. Too small, no cable if wanted to watch tv at nice which I did. I only stayed there due to being within walking distance to bar and restaurant.
Cleanliness. Quiet even though families there with children.
Lack of on property parking. Too many "codes" for different doors/gates. Over priced for a "tired" looking hotel.
That it was on the beach.
The property I received was not what was advertised in the listing. Upon arrival, the unit was dirty and poorly maintained, with visible stains throughout, unfinished flooring, extensive rust on the back patio, and damaged blinds with large holes that significantly reduced privacy.
Because the condition of the unit did not match the listing, I requested either a late checkout or some form of compensation. My request was denied, and I was told that my concerns were simply a matter of "personal preference" and did not mean the unit was unclean.
I disagree with that assessment. I have timestamped photos documenting both the cleanliness issues and the fact that the property's condition was materially different from what was advertised. My concerns are based on the actual condition of the unit, not personal preference.
Location is perfect and I came in late night after enjoy the day and was able to walk through all the checkpoints with the codes that they gave me all worked. The room was terrific in great shape. Nice kitchen area very well pleased I will be back for another stay. absolutely love this place.
I couldn’t complain about anything
Was right by the ocean
Had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed. And not enough trash bags
The ocean
Difficult to put in keys
The beach view was great. Easy access to the beach. You can walk to restaurants. The room had two full beds. But is small. I couldn’t see four adults staying in the room.
Parking. And there is no attendant on the property. Everything is done by text. Although they were prompt to answer.
I've been going to this hotel for probably 30 years or more. The location, the size of the pool and the pool safety for my children is great.
The rooms are hit or miss as they are all independently owned now. My son got a room exponentially better for less per night than I reserved. Our ac was broken in room 211, the bathtub surface was peeling and no plug to take a bath. The floor felt like it had a soft depression in main foyer. The sliding door was about to fall off. And the customer service response is received was less than satisfactory. This is a room I've stayed in before and the experience was lackluster
