Amazing hotel, fantastic stay and location. Staff where more than accommodating and helpful. Food and beverage delicious on roof terrace and any request made was met with high standards. Hotel was a calm and peaceful environment all staff professional and so helpful names to mention Mustafa and Yildiray amazing and so friendly and kind, but all staff were exceptional.
The location was fantastic and the hotel was clean, modern and well maintained. Housekeeping also did an outstanding job. Beds were very comfortable and the hotel provided us with extra pillows and duvets on request.
Location is best and staff was super. All staff was helpful, specially Alayna to thanks but other also I will tell best. I will come back again this hotel.

Hotel was very nice. Very nice staff. Gonce and Shadiye were exceptionally nice. Mustafa was very helpful during my check out as well.
The hotel is amazing, and the open buffet breakfast is absolutely delicious. The staff are very friendly and helpful, especially Gonca Karahan, who was extremely kind and attentive. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!

Я бывала во многих гостиницах сети Double Tree by Hilton но данная гостиница не соответствует не своей категории не гостиницам своей сети. При заселении пол в ванной был грязным, не было стеклянной посуды, воду пришлось пить из одноразовых стаканов для кофе на вынос. Соотношение цены и качества услуг не соответствует.
Second day after checking in, we went out for like 4-5 hours. When we returned, our room was wide open, doors were literally open. I took a picture of it and went straight down to the lobby to report it. All they told me was "No worries sir, we will take a look at the cameras, please make sure that you take care of your belongings since the hotel is not responsible for any of them."
Wait, hold on, they just left my door wide open after cleaning, and they're telling me to take care of my stuff? That's unacceptable! I had jewlery and equipment there, around $30k of value, and thankfully nothing was missing, but if any guest had walked in and stolen something, they would not have paid for it, neither they would take any responsibility as they clearly state on multiple places in their room: "Please keep your belongings safe as the hotel is not responsible for any lost or stolen items"
I received an apology letter the next day in the room after breakfast, along with some fruits as an apology gift. They said they had an issue with the door mechanism, after the cleaning ladies left it was supposed to close itself, but due to a malfunction that didn't happen.
To top it all off, day before checking out, I was met by the shift manager — arrogant man who seemed more interested in protecting the hotel's ego than addressing a legitimate security breach. He was dismissive, condescending, and flat-out refused to give me straight answers to very reasonable questions. He escalated the tension rather than defusing it, as if I was the problem for expecting basic security in a room I paid a premium for. For what this hotel charges per night, this level of incompetence and disrespect is nothing short of insulting. I left day earlier before my checkout date, but I didn't just leave disappointed — I left furious, and I will make sure everyone considering this hotel knows exactly what they're signing up for.
