Das war perfekt

Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel in Istanbul hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Das Hotel war sehr sauber, das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit, und in der Umgebung gab es sehr viele Geschäfte, sodass alles bequem erreichbar war.

Besonders positiv fand ich das Frühstück. Es war sehr sauber und umfangreich. Es gab verschiedene Brotsorten, Kaffee, Tee und vieles mehr. Für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.

Ein ganz besonderes Dankeschön möchte ich Frau Gonca Karahan aussprechen. Sie war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und konnte Deutsch sprechen. Das hat mir während meines Aufenthalts sehr geholfen und ich habe mich dadurch besonders gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den tollen Service und die herzliche Betreuung – besonders an Frau Gonca Karahan!
