A very nice place
Pros:

The location is perfect, tram is just in front, metro is within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants are around, many shops and stores.
The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The furniture and rooms are rather old, there are many cracks and scratches, some parts are almost broken. So, perhaps some refurbishment is required.

No se merece 5 estrellas
Cons:

La habitación no estaba muy limpia, el armario estaba lleno de polvo y pelusa, las cortinas muy sucias y la cama poco cómoda. Sinceramente ni se merece las 5 estrellas
