After the third move, we were able to settle on a room to get finally get some rest.
The front desk worked really hard to move me from a room that smelled like smoke into one that the door didn’t lock.
Good location. Staff was very friendly. Price was acceptable. Sheets were clean. Furniture was in good condition. Good TV in the room. Larger room size.
Hall carpets were severely stained. Only one of two elevators in service and it was exceptionally slow. The room was “moist”. Almost all of my belongings felt damp to the touch upon checkout. I felt very uneasy about the cleanliness of the floors. I could see outside through the air conditioner control panel.
Room was clean and comfortable.

No television
Worst hotel I have stayed in for a long time. The staff were polite and helpful, however the standard of the hotel was very poor. Fixtures and fittings were broken and in bad state of repair in most rooms ( we were a group of 8). The menu was sparse and food often undercooked or luke warm. The gym a/c didn't work and the water fountain was broken. The rooms only got cleaned twice in 18 days, the bedding changed once and the towels twice. Even if you only had cereals for breakfast it was $32.50, rip off.

I'm sorry but this hotel was a big disappointment. I did a lot of research on hotels in this area of Mobile and it had good ratings with good reviews. But right off the bat things didn't go well. As we got on the elevator there was a distinct, bad smell. So bad we all had to breathe with our shirts over our noses. Then when we entered the hall way the floors had not been vacuumed as apart by the trash and bugs on the floor. If smelled like weed and beer. We got into our room and there was hair in the toilet, yuck. After checking the beds they were fine. Nuts the wall by the window had something on it. Not sure what but my husband and kids said we can handle it for one night mom. No one ended up showing and I didn't even open my suitcase. My husband and I decided to go down to the bar for a drink. Nope, it was supposed to open at 5:00, no one there at 5:30. The nicest part of the whole building were the down stairs bathrooms. They looked fabulous. Overall very disappointing stay. So sad we wasted our points on this stay.
