Que tenía la playa al lado, y gracias!

Cons:

El servicio bar piscina, la comida estaba seca y las bebidas eran 4 opciones siendo todo incluido (no incluían las granizadas, helados...)
La ducha estaba rumbienta en el borde, a punto de cortarnos al entrar.
Habían obras en la habitación de al lado que empezaban a las 8am sin avisarnos.
La chica de la limpieza, tocó y abrió sin esperar una respuesta teniendo el cartel de NO MOLESTAR.
Soy celiaca y apenas había variedad en la comida.
Lo que te ponían de almuerzo lo mezclaban y te lo ponían de cena, ejemplo (albóndigas en salsa para almorzar y al cenar eran las misma albóndigas con los guisantes que sobraron de la ensalada) postres probados en el mismo lugar que los demás.
Un ascensor roto, por lo que la espera era una locura.
La piscina llenisima de personas, muy pequeña para la capacidad del hotel.

Loistava hinta-laatu
Pros:

Hinta-laatu loistava. Ruokailu perua all-inclusive tasoa, mutta suuremmalla valikoimalla. Aina löytyi mieluista syötävää kaikille.
Pelihalli ja aktiviteetit alueella mukavaa tekemistä illoille. Iltaisin aina ohjelmaa. Erittäin hyvä lapsiperheille. Ilta-aurinko paistaa terassille kun huone on merelle päin. Näin illoista sai paljon irti myös terassilla lämmöstä nauttiessa.

Cons:

Vesipuiston vesi sen verran kylmää, että vesipuistosta ei saatu irti sitä mitä odotettiin.
Osa hisseistä ei toiminut, joka oli haastavaa rattaiden kanssa. Keittiössä vain tyhjät kaapit pl. 2 lasia. Ei edes pullonavaajaa.

Чудовий сімейний готель
Pros:

Прекрасний готель, все відповідає категорії сімейного відпочинку, дуже багато відпочивають родинами, великі сім'ї з дітьми. Система все включено розрахована так, що в тебе практично весь час є щось на вибір. Великий вибір страв, голодним ніхто не буде, завжди була риба, курка. Алкоголь, вино, пиво.Ми відпочивали парою, нам також було комфортно, ми ще багато їздили по сусіднім курортам, тому нам не було сумно.
Ви маєте розуміти концепцію курорту, тут загалом немає куди вийти, мвнімум інфраструктури. Це міні курорт з 5-6 готелів розташованих в каньйоні. Є маленький супермаркет, аптека, сувенірні лавки, автопрокат. В пішій доступності більше нічого немає, але автобуси часто ходять до сусідніх курортних містечок.
По системі все включено ви можете відвідати аквапарк де буде безкоштовно лише басейни та гамаки, все інше за допдату, той же принцип тенісних кортів і мінігольфу.
В готелі дуже чисто, хоч він і старенький вже.
Загалом дуже задоволені.

Inte värt att betala för familjerum!

Aquaparken med saltvatten, stora pooler!
Städningen var bra!

Wifi var uselt!
Vi bokade familjerum för 3 personer och enligt bokningen skulle vi få 3 enkelsängar, därav tyckte vi det var värt att betala mer för större rum. Då vi kom till hotellrummet hade vi bara 2 enkelsängar (som dubbelsäng) och en person fick sova på bäddsoffa hela veckan. Vi hade ingenstans att sitta i rummet, ingen soffa (pga uppbäddad med en stor dubbelmadrass) samt ingen fåtölj eller stolar.
Vi frågade i receptionen och vi skrev till Booking men fick ingen hjälp. Kvinnan i receptionen sa att detta gäller endast ifall det bor 5 personer i rummet. För detta rum betalade vi mycket mer än för ett dubbelrum men det var det absolut inte värt. Besvikna på personalen i receptionen som var otrevliga, speciellt en kvinna. Vi sa till 3 ggr att wifi inte fungerade, de sa att de skickar dit någon att titta på det men ingen kom.

Cons:

Ich habe ein Doppelzimmer mit 2 Betten gebucht! Erhalten habe ich ein kleines Zimmer mit einem Queensizebett! Die Einrichtung spartanisch! Fliesen waren abgeschlagen, Boden unsauber. Im Bad war 1 Handtuch und ein Badetuch. Und ein kleiner umschlag mit Duschgel und eine kleine Seife. Am letzten Tag bekann ich dann auch für meine Frau noch ein badetuch und Handtuch!
Das ist ein KINDERHOTEL! Das steht auf keiner Webseite! Das Essen war unterdurchschnittlich. Die Speisen waren lau! Fleisch und Fisch total durchgebraten!
Der "Speisesaal" ist eine Bahnhofshalle in der Stosszeit mit Geschrei von Kindern usw.. 40% der Leute kommen in kurzen Hosen und Badeshorts zum Abendessen! Weiter Weg zum Lift, weil 2 Lifte kaputt waren.
