Honestamente apenas os funcionários,os da recepção não foram nada amigáveis,estão sempre com uma atitude de superioridade e não para servir o cliente!
Os quartos velhos,o hotel também antigo,pouco limpo,a piscina pequena para tantas pessoas!
La ubicación
Había cucarachas por.todos los lados , en las habitaciones, en los baños.
No me gusto nada, solo el Aquapark y que para eso no pertenece al hotel
Pues todo, desde la atencion personal, pasando por las instalaciones en general, practicamente sin agua fria para templar la ducha, cucarachas en la habitacion, piscina escasisima para mayores y niños, limpieza escasisima (con Domingo al.descubierto) y sobre todo gran deficiencia en las tres comidas, etc etc
En realidad nada estaba muy deteriorado los ascensores no funcionaban y nesecita una reforma urgente
Lo mismo me llevé una gran decepción al llegar y tener que subir todo por las escaleras al no funcionar ascensores era el cumple de mi mujer y aniversario y me equivoqué reservando ahí.. es más lo comentamos en recepción para irnos a otro pagando la diferencia y era por la tarde no se podía. Lo siento no voy más hasta que reformen y el personal como siempre fantástico y hacen lo que pueden con lo que tienen
La comida
Una piscina pequeña y q permitan las colchonetas....
La ubicación, acceso cercano al parque acuático.
Limpieza escasa y bufé muy monótono.
El hotel no está mal,deberían hacer un poco de reforma.
La comida muy repetitiva.
El personal del mini club lo mejor de todo el hotel.
La zona de piscina muy sucia,vasos,comida por el suelo,tumbonas...los huéspedes no respetan las normas y no hay nadie que limpie durante el dia y tampoco hay nadie intentando que las normas se cumplan.
En la piscina supuestamente está prohibido pistolas de agua,pelotas...pero nadie lo cumple y los socorristas no hacen nada por intentar que las normas se cumplan,mejor quiten el cartel de las normas.
Adaptaron la comida para la Celiaquia de mi hijo .
Water park was great not all inclusive in there drinks are expensive .
Not busy in water park so nice and quiet
Range of food was good .
Kids area was good for evenings but bring cash (€5 for the trampolines & soft play ) and little shops and supermarket .
9th floor very high and had to wait for only 1 lift available.
Fizzy drinks were always flat
In the hotel pool was very small there were so many people in the pool all the time . ( very cloudy in there )
No evening entertainment on monday or tuesday kids were very disappointed as was only there them 2 nights and got a table for kids disco only for there to be no entertainment.
You end up spending more money at the shop as no bottles water in rooms , fizzy drinks as they were flat alcohol as i can only describe the alcohol they serve as nail polish remover .
No milk for the babys bottle so felt like we was constantly at the shop spending money .

De 5 días 3 estuvo un ascensor roto, bastantes cucarachas aunque puede ser normal al estar tan pegado a la playa.
