Best location, clean and wonderful as a base for exploring downtown Manaus.
Pros:

The reception, especially Lais and the new trainee at the front desk were wonderful as usual. Last year I was here as well and it was nice to see a familiar face.

Room was great, although the bathroom is tiny and a bit hard to move around in. Water pressure amazing. Breakfast has a good selection of something for every taste.

Location can not be beat as you have many entertainment options within easy walking distance including the Teatro area as well as several bars with live music just around the corner.

Cons:

You have a trainee in the dining room who is evidently on the spectrum and would need a little more supervision in my opinion, in the handling of utensils and plates. There is nothing else I can think of to improve upon.

A estadia foi satisfatória.
Pros:

O café da manhã é bom, tem muitas opções de frutas, pães, bolos, sucos e café. A localização é excelente, o hotel fica próximo de pontos turísticos importantes, centro histórico e diversos restaurantes e bareszinhos.

Cons:

O quarto é muito pequeno. Eu me hospedei junto com meu marido, ou seja, um casal, mas só havia um sabonete pequeno, bem pequenininho, tive que pedir mais sabonetes para o nosso banho. Só havia 2 travesseiros, por isso, pedi mais dois para o nosso conforto. Não havia toalha de mão/rosto no lavabo, havia uma toalha de banho no lavabo e uma toalha de banho no banheiro. Repetindo, trata-se de um casal. Por essa razão, solicitei mais uma toalha de banho. A cama era larga, mas achei o colchão um pouco duro. No quarto de casal existe apenas uma mesinha de cabeceira, de um lado só da cama. Por esta razão, improvisei uma cadeira que havia no quarto como minha mesinha de cabeceira. Todas as solicitações foram atendidas, felizmente.

Personnel complètement indifférent (ni bonjour, ni au revoir…)
Petit déjeuner beaucoup trop cher (du coup, nous l’avons pris a l’extérieur pas loin de l’hôtel)
Lavabo dans la chambre auprès du lit…et salle de douche/wc minuscule (et carrelage vétuste et ébréché)
Bruit venant des autres chambres

Ok room not European standard Ibis
Pros:

Nice room got what you need after your jungle night.

Cons:

Ibis Brazil is nothing to the European standard so just expect it to look ugly, with nails at the wrong spot and old tab this kind of thing, but nothing so wrong.
Our room was to the street sun facing if you don’t like to use the AC it’s going to be super warm.

Banheiro apertadíssimo
Pros:

A localização é muito boa, perto dos principais pontos turísticos. O apartamento é limpo e organizado, a roupa de cama é boa e o colchão é confortável. O ar condicionado funciona bem, e o controle é de fácil operação. O wifi é ok e de fácil conexão.

Cons:

O banheiro é ruim, muito pequeno, apertado, e não havia água quente no momento do meu banho, o que me deixou bem irritado. O café da manhã é caro para aquilo que oferece, muito simples pra custar $60.

A localização é muito boa, próximo ao centro histórico e perto de bons restaurantes.

Cons:

O banheiro é muito pequeno, não tem toalha de rosto, que é um acessório necessário. A pia fica fora do banheiro, ou seja, quando lavamos só as mãos, temos que voltar ao banheiro para pegar a toalha de banho para enxugar as mãos. Isso não é aceitável.

Prima Dusche, gute Betten, alles sauber und funktionell. Ibis eben.

Cons:

Das Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, die Internetverbindung war instabil und langsam und das Frühstück eine Zumutung. Es gibt deutlich besseres und dabei noch günstigeres Frühstück in der Nähe.
