Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in perfekter Lage
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt für die Erkundung des historischen Zentrums, das Frühstücksbuffet war vielfältig und sehr gut. Ein kleiner technischer Mangel wurde zügig behoben, zusätzliche Handtücher waren kein Problem, ein kostenloser früherer Check-in war möglich.

Cons:

Im Restaurant hatten wir an einem Abend das Buffet an dem das Fleisch leider zäh war, der Rest war gut. Am zweiten Abend wurde à la carte angeboten, die Servicekraft teilte uns bei der Bestellung im völlig leeren Restaurant mit, dass vier Bestellungen vor uns wären und wir ca. 1 Stunde auf unser Essen warten müssten. Wir warteten im Zimmer, bekamen einen Anruf als das Essen fertig war, das dann hervorragend zubereitet war.

Cafe da manha fraco, valor das bebidas no bar , problemas com as fechaduras das portas dos quartos, pois tive que trocar 4 vezes dos quartos , todos pelo.mesmo problema, fechadura travada
