Pros:

Localização foi o que me fez escolher essa hospedagem. A simpatia da equipe (diferente de outras unidades), a limpeza do local como um todo. Ter lugar para passar roupa. O wi-fi funciona (isso é raro). Ah, ter um maleiro é maravilhoso, para quem chega mais cedo na cidade, já que o check-in é bem tarde, isso compenssa.

Cons:

Ibis sendo Ibis com seus micro banheiros que faz a pessoa se bater na porta, no box, as pernas batem na parede ao sentar no vaso sanitário... extremamente desconfortável. O café da manhã é muito caro para o que oferece. Cheguei às 9:2 e estava tudo vazio. Uns poucos salgadinhos que só tem massa, sem recheio, sem gosto, tinha acabado o mamão (tive que pedir), enfim, o café é ruim para o valor que cobram. Em um dia eu fui tomar café no hotel do lado e foi bem melhor.

Good value hotel in central Manaus, its easy to book (since its bigger than most hotels around), practical, clean, simple but pretty good value for the price you pay in Central Manaus. Most stuff members are very nice.
Good facilities, gym, easy Ironing.

Cons:

One stuff member was particularly unnice. Whenever I asked her to extend my stay directly at reception prices went up higher...when I asked her colleagues or even boss it was always cheaper, I tried her in 3 different visits in this hotel...same thing. she never smiled, . It seemed she was pissed about something and I couldn't get what was it...
The rest were nice, pleasant and very accurate. Bathroom is very small

A limpeza bem ruim , o piso do quarto parece q nao era limpo, minhas meias ou chinelos , em pouco tempo estavam de soado sujos , escuros..e parece q havia uma cola ...os armários cheios de pó , e minha alergia me incomodou.
