A good hotel for a stay in Manaus.
Pros:

If you're looking for the ideal base in Manaus, this hotel is it! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied and there was a good gym. Plus, you can't beat the perfect location.

Cons:

One minor drawback was the lack of an in-room safe. One quick tip for future guests: while the hotel is excellent, we found the lobby tour desk to be quite pricey. We felt the city tour we booked didn't quite offer the best value for the money, so you might find better deals by booking your excursions independently.

Das Zimmer hat komisch gerochen als wir reinkamen
Der Boden wurde immer wieder aufs Neue ganz feucht und ölig.
Zudem tropfte wasser vom Becken auf den Boden
Wir haben es gemeldet. Sie fragte ob wir das Zimmer wechseln wollen. Jedoch haben wir unsere ganzen Rucksäcke schon ausgepackt und mussten eh früh raus. Also für 1 halbe Nacht konnten wirs aushalten und wir bekamen Tücher um den Boden zu trocknen. Hst aber nichts gebracht.

Achei básica e não condiz com o valor da diária

No primeiro dia ficarmos em um quarto no segundo andar, sem vista, e dava p ouvir o esgoto do banheiro de vários quartos descendo 24h num cano que acho q ficava na parede do quarto, no dia 27 ficamos no quinto andar, travesseiros duros. O café da manhã tbm não condiz com o valor.

A água q fica na recepção só fica uma parte do dia, logo ela esquenta e tbm fica verde, precisaria ser reposta mais vezes

Vale pela localização. O padrão esta um pouco abaixo dos outros Ibis.
Pros:

Localização ótima pra curtir o Carnaval de rua no centro. Alem de diversos pontos turísticos perto.

Cons:

Limpeza do banheiro e o atendimento durante o café da manha. No primeiro dia comemos pão de queijo e ovos bem frios. No segundo pedimos a atendente ovo mexido porque queríamos quente. Ela disse que o que estava servido estava em temperatura ambiente e era aquele mesmo. So que o ambiente estava bem frio por causa do ar condicionado.

o cheiro do travesseiro. A fronha ou o travesseiro tinham um "cheirinho de cabeça", nas três noites alternadas na mesma semana em que me hospedei no Ibis Manaus em quartos diferentes

Pros:

O café da manhã é super diverso e a equipe é extremamente educada e gentil. O quarto é ótimo, achei o banheiro pequeno, mas nada que impeça o conforto.
