Não muito confortável.
Cons:

Quarto de frente para a rua com bloco de carnaval desfilando à noite. Tive que solicitar no dia seguinte a troca de quarto e aí sim não houve problemas com barulho. Ademais, solicitei sabonete pois o sabão líquido do chuveiro estava com problemas no dispenser e não conseguia tirar o líquido. A recepcionista de plantão, de m´vontade disse que ei=u poderia descer à recepção e pegar os sabonetes em barra pois àquele horário (17hh) não havia mais camareiras de serviço e ela não poderia deixar a recepção pois estava sozinha. Desci em 10 minutos e havia mais outro recepcionista, além dela.

A good hotel for a stay in Manaus.
Pros:

If you're looking for the ideal base in Manaus, this hotel is it! The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied and there was a good gym. Plus, you can't beat the perfect location.

Cons:

One minor drawback was the lack of an in-room safe. One quick tip for future guests: while the hotel is excellent, we found the lobby tour desk to be quite pricey. We felt the city tour we booked didn't quite offer the best value for the money, so you might find better deals by booking your excursions independently.
