Good business hotel close to public transport
Pros:

Rooms were clean and well equipped. Amenities were topped up in adequate quantities, e.g. coffee, water, etc. Staff were attentive. Did not have time to try out all the facilities though.
Close to the JR Station and Daimaru Shopping Center. Just a 5 minute walk.

Cons:

Nothing much to dislike.

お値段の割に良くなかった。札幌全体に宿泊費が高騰しているのでしょうが。
Cons:

テレビを消して寝ようとすると、鈴虫のような音、またトントンと言う音が10-20回位聞こえ、止まる、
またしばらくすると同じような音が繰り返される。
何の音か分からなかったけど寝られなかった。

部屋の清掃が、行き届いていた。
ベッドの硬さも、良く快適な睡眠が出来た。
