連泊でしたが、ルームクリーニングがしっかりされてて、きもい良く滞在できました。大浴場があるのも疲れが癒せてよかったです。

房內三孔的插座較少位置較遠，要將電腦充電較不方便。
location is close to JR station and green colour metro line. is easy if u wan go to otaru ,airport and other city by JR railway .food arround here oso many ,u can go to food shop arround this area,or go inside food street and undergroud .
room saiz is ok ,toilet and bath room ok ...they provide free kopi ,tea at 2nd floor infront of public bathroom .have coin washing and dryer machine..but power of dryer is weak ,u have to put more time to dry ur shirt .
facility in room is all new ,but bed abit hard ,not comfortable as what i expected ..and floor and bed is clean ,but can do more better..im check at 7pm at the day ,and the male staff in frontdesk face is dark ,no smiling ,i can;t feel he welcome us to stay in mitsui garden hotel ,anyway he improve a lot when i come down ask for help ,i see his smiling face .

這是一年內第二次入住三井飯店,地點適合在札幌市中心的活動, 很方便, 飯店就在札幌車站附近要搭JR到新千歲機場亦相當方便,因飯店全館才剛重新翻修完畢, 是全新的體驗.
It was newly renovated, we stayed the week that they reopened. The room we had was spacious even for 4 adults. Spotlessly clean! room service didn't bothered us till we left our room and we came back to a very clean and freshly made up room. We didn't even need to ask for any assistance from the staff and everything in the room was well equipped. Location was nearer to entry of underground access than it seemed on the map. There's a Lawson and 7-Eleven in the next buildings. Loved the top quality shower head and hairdryer.

Rooms were clean and well equipped. Amenities were topped up in adequate quantities, e.g. coffee, water, etc. Staff were attentive. Did not have time to try out all the facilities though.
Close to the JR Station and Daimaru Shopping Center. Just a 5 minute walk.
Nothing much to dislike.
