The location is convenient. Just steps away from Higashi- Ginza station. Lots of shops just a street away and many rest
Pros:

The deluxe twin room I booked was spacious and comfortable. Ample space for 3 big luggage. I really like that there’s a communal hot bath within the property. And the breakfast was fantastic too!

整體維持三井花園的一貫水準，早餐的農家精緻是一個亮點，位置非常理想，基本上到札幌重要景點都很快就能抵達。
Pros:

早餐小巧精美，很忠實的還原北海道農作物的美味，不管是蔬菜、雞蛋、蔬果都是很棒的；但如果是想吃海鮮，那可能這間就不太適合。員工普遍英文能力很好，停車也很方便，雖然是機械車位，進出有點麻煩。

Cons:

櫃檯腹地非常狹小，同時多組客人check-in/out的時候，很擁擠，動線也不佳，有人在使用或是等待自助，有人可能只是站在旁邊等親友完成入住，讓一開始進去的人不知所措。

Great location and comfortable stay!
Pros:

Location is very accessible to Sapporo station and there was free coffee available throughout the day. Room was clean. Not to forget the nice bottled water provided FOC everyday.

Cons:

Perhaps can have more coin operated laundry machine to avoid long waits.

Newly renovated hotel with comfortable beds
Pros:

This is a newly renovated hotel, located right next to Mitsui Garden Sapporo West, so dont be confused. Staff were friendly and professional. Loved the free laundry, coffee and chillout space while waiting for your laundry. The machines are new and they dry the clothes quickly unlike many 2-in-1 laundry machines. Room was clean and beds very comfortable. Location was superb as it was walking distance to Daimaru and Sapporo Station. There’s also a Lawson nearby

Cons:

Carpark was not free unfortunately and costs 1,500 JPY per day.

Newly refurbished hotel in convenient location for Sapporo Station
Pros:

Newly refurbished hotel near Sapporo station with nice decor and handy Utility lounge with laundry and kitchen facilities.

Cons:

We've stayed at other Mitsui Garden Hotels and this one seemed slightly lower standard than the others. The beds and pillows weren't very comfortable.

Fabulous stay
Pros:

The room was very clean. Although it had a twin bed and 2 sofa beds, they were all very comfortable. The room is quite spacious too, considering that Sapporo is a major city where most hotel rooms are small. My family and I had a great sleep every night during our 3D2N stay. The hotel is also quite close to Sapporo Station, making it very accessible to the airport. I would definitely come back again if I visit Sapporo.

Cons:

There's still a short walk of about a minute to two after existing the underpass. Thus, it's advisable to bring an umbrella on rainy days.
