Clean room, comfortable bed
The only special request I had was that the rooms should be next to each other. They confirmed that at my check-in, but when my sister arrived, they could not find the room even on the same floor as mine.
La piscina estaba genial! El chico de la piscina que nos atendió fue encantador y nos acerco unas ricas cervezas.
Nos ayudaron sin problema para dejar los equipajes y para pedir un taxi furgoneta al aeropuerto yabque teníamos 2 bicis.

10 minutes by bus to Venice, very easy got tickets from the hotel, very clean good breakfast nice garage parking
Estuvimos solo una noche de paso. La ubicación es perfecta, pq esta cerca de Venecia y también del aeropuerto. El autobús te deja en la puerta del hotel y se tarda 10 minutos en llegar a Venecia. El hotel tiene una piscina estupenda. Sentimos el no poderlo haber disfrutado mas,

El horario de cierre de la alberca a las 7pm. A esa hr apenas estamos regresando de pasar el día en Venezia y ya la alberca cerrada, debería cerrar mínimo 9pm
No permiten más de dos adultos por habitación, viaje con mi esposo y mi hija de 15 años y tuvimos que rentar una habitación más cuando perfectamente cambiamos cómodamente en la habitación de dos camas Queen. Por lo cual el total pagado fue excesivo para una familia de 3.

The hotel is very clean and the staff were so helpful finding a parking space for my large vehicle
The location by the bus stop to get to Venice was great and was nicer not to be in the centre of the city and have access to the pool. I'd definitely recommend staying here over Venice itself. Super close to the airport too.
The lack of support from the hotel as we had an evening flight and they were quite reluctant to give us access to the showers before going to the airport.
