Worst staff with bad customer support. Not worth the money

The pizza

Cons:

Staff was pretty bothered with every request, felt like i was constantly disturbing them.

No smiles even at our initial check in, the staff leaving the kitchen didnt even say hi when we looked for help, they just passed by

When we checkedout the cleaning crew just barged in the door saying to leave now, i had to talk her out of her “rage” and let us pack the last few items (we left room st 12:10)

Toiletries for them means paper rolls and running water, had to pay 7€ for toothbrush and toothpaste. Only 2 towels were provided for 2 guest (1/guest lol)

Our room water was not replaced to have fresh water to drink from bottle

The room door to garden didnt work properly

The fan in the bathroom didnt work, i was told “its silent” there is simply not working, the bathroom was steamy and have been as such from night to morning until we left the door open

Our ac kept changing its temperature randomly

Cleaning crew didnt mop under bed desk we had a bunch of peanuts that we ate since day one til we left

Office chair was in the worst state possible

Eduard the server was the best person and the chinesse server as well, we had such good experience with them

Pros:

L'albergo è bello e ben tenuto, sia per quel che riguarda gli spazi comuni che la camera. Camera e bagno puliti e spaziosi. Staff molto cortese e professionale. A disposizione garage e posti auto esterni, area wellness, piscina con lettini/asciugamani, bar e ristorante. Colazione varia ed abbondante.

Lovely hotel awful breakfast
Pros:

The hotel is 10 minutes outside Venice but is in a quiet location and well worth the stay. Great lobby, terrific barman. Comfortable room. Helpful staff. Evening meal good although small menu. The downside is the terrible breakfast €20 each. The only good thing was scrambled egg. The sausage balls were tough. The bacon a greasy mess. Then there was a sort of roast potato. Carrots and spinach. 2 ordinary cheese and meat. The orange juice was terrible. I would advise getting food in from a supermarket than paying for the breakfast.
