Voorlaatste bushalte voor Venetië stopt voor het hotel. 10 min later sta je in Venetië!

Hotel ligt langs een drukke baan. Dat hoorden we tot in de kamer.
Onze badkamer vertoonde ook wel wat mankementjes, douchekop die niet op zijn plaats bleef enz.

Eine bestimmte Mitarbeiterin war beim auschecken unfreundlich und geduldslos. Solchen Mitarbeiter sollten nicht in einem Rezeption arbeiten.
Die Ausstattung war toll
Leider konnten wir weder den Aussenpool benutzen, noch das Spa. Die Aussensaison eröffnet erst im Mai und das Spa ist für Kinder nicht zugänglich, erst ab 16 Jahren. Das war sehr ärgerlich für uns, da ich mit meiner Tochter alleine nichts davon nutzen konnte. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn das vorher kommuniziert worden wäre.

Brilliant transport links to and from Venice and the airport. Breakfast was amazing and beds were very comfortable.
The shower was spraying out the side at the join between the hose and main shower head. The dinner menu available was not reflective of the excellent local cuisine.
