Convenient and Comfortable Stay Near Venice

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. The staff were friendly and patient, especially when explaining how to get into Venice, and the meals at the restaurant offered good value.

Breakfast was decent but fairly basic, with limited variety. While the bus connection to Venice is straightforward, the daily back-and-forth can become tiring, and we had a minor concern as our son felt unwell after the last evening meal (though unclear if it was related).

Pros:

O pequeno-almoço era muito bom e os funcionários foram incansáveis a encontrar soluções sem glúten e sem lactose. Há muito tempo que não encontrava funcionários tão bem dispostos e competentes.

Cons:

Nada. As funcionárias da receção foram excecionais, visto ter sido burlada num congresso de cariz cientítifico, que não se efetivou no Hotel Hilton. Trata-se da ISER, uma instituição fantasma, que burla os professores e outros elementos que querem inscrever-se nos seus congressos-fantasma. Depois de obterem o dinheiro de inscrição desaparecem. Estava anunciado que o International Congress of Tourism and Hospitality ia ocorrer no Hilton Graden de Veneza, mas era um logro. As funcionárias foram incansáveis em obeterem informação sobre o Congresso fanstasma, que não se realizou.
