I loved the location. Very close to a mall, food locations, and the area was to my liking. We were here to take my grandson to see Hot Wheel Monster trucks.

Cons:

The only issue we had was the AC unit in the bedroom was blowing warm air. Maintenance came to look at it, but once he left a few hours later it started blowing warm air again. We turned the unit connected to the living room down in order to keep it cool for our stay. Everything else was great

Great location, not great hotel

The only thing we liked was the location to the Kodak Center and to TC Hooligans

When we arrived and dave our name, the women at the front desk could not locate the booking even though I had confirmation numbers and a secret pin. I booked the room months in advance. She was a bit rude about it all too. This was after she tried to accuse me of trying to book a new room in the moment when what I did was have a new confirmation email resent to me so I could show her, which didn't work anyway because she still couldn't locate our booking. Luckily, they had a room available for us to book in the moment but It costed $70 more than our original booking. Ugh! Then we finally get to the room, good size with fridge and stove and couch, but the dang sink is outside of the bathroom right next to the bed. So ZERO privacy there. Also the light switch for the toilet/shower room is located outside the room, weird amd inconvenient. The bed was uncomfortable and we could hear everything from every other room surrounding us. We were awoke at 7:30 am by our neighbors singing and shouting in the shower, together. We could hear them through our shower vent!! The shower also leaked all over the floor from the bottom of the door. We will never stay there again.
