Pros:

The 2 queen bed suite with sofa bed was clean.

Cons:

During check-in, Melinda at the front desk was extremely condescending and rude when I asked for clarification about the hotel’s rules and regulations before signing. She informed me I had a king room for four guests, but when I mentioned I had booked a Queen suite for six, she snapped, admitted she made a mistake, and never apologized—continuing to talk over me instead.

The next morning at breakfast, I cut into an everything bagel only to find it had mold. Needless to say, my family and I were very disappointed and chose to leave and have breakfast at a local diner instead.

Pros:

The hotel is in a nice area and the front desk and dining staff were friendly.

Cons:

The shower was dirty. There was hair on the shower walls and the shower curtain was worn and dingy. All o could think about was when the last time the sheets were changed. Put new shits on the bed immediately.

I’d come again, staff was attentive and kind, stay was comfortable
Pros:

The room set up was comfortable and the location was convenient.

Cons:

No complaints. The room looked like it was a little worn down, which at fist made it appear not clean. But upon checking, it was clean (the floor in the sink area looked like it was stained with mud). Also, the walls are a little thin - at least between 200-201, because I could hear full conversations or all the words to music playing in room 200 when I was in the sink and bathroom area. It didn’t cause a problem for me because I spent most of my time in the living room, but I could see how it could be problematic.

Perfect!
Pros:

Our spacios room was beyond our expectations. We had everything we needed and then some! It was wonderful to enjoy an amazing breakfast before we hit the road on our trip to Maine! The staff was great!

Cons:

I can't think of anything to say that we didn't like! The lobby was beautifully decorated for the holiday season with a warming fire when you first entered...so welcoming! Fantastic Stay!

Pros:

I liked the size of the room. The staff was very nice.

Cons:

Housekeeping was not offered daily. No one came to the room to offer to change linens, clean the room or empty trash. I stayed at the facility for three nights. The television was on the wall. It was hard to view while laying in bed.
