Building works
Pros:

We were only told 4 days before arrival of the breakfast not being available in the dinning room. Due to construction work. The reception was also under construction and debris step ladders and workmen all around with no safety barriers or warning signs. One lift was used for removing waste and was often full when the doors opened and on numerous occasions debris fell out at our feet. Drilling and banging started at 6.50am every morning. If we had been given the full extent of the disruption occurring during our stay, we would have gone elsewhere. 4 days notice, and that was only concerning breakfast options, nothing on works to the reception area. It was awful.

Cons:

The staff were lovely under trying circumstances.

Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es excelente y la atención del personal un 10! Pudimos dejar el equipaje al realizar el check out y cuenta con cafetera para uso libre de los huéspedes

Cons:

El hotel estaba en proceso de refacción lo que era un poco raro al momento de ingresar y quizás en momentos de la mañana se escuchaba ruido de obra.
La habitación era un poco pequeña pero no nos impidió el descanso. Quizás rara la distribución de la ducha, siendo que al salir no tiene puerta.

De centrale ligging.

Pros:

The location is amazing and the room is clean. You have free coffee, tea and water(still/sparkling) after 12 pm.

Cons:

You do not have a table, chairs and just a small space with 5 hangers for your clothes. The price you pay is definitely for the location of the hotel.

Tolle Lage, bei gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältis.
Pros:

Sehr gute Lage.

Cons:

Einzelzimmer ist SEHR klein. Das Hotel wird gerade renoviert, was sehr gut ist, der Teppich im Zimmer ist schon sehr abgenutzt.

Pros:

Zimmer soweit ok. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Lage für mich top, auf den Straßenlärm wird man ja vorher hingewiesen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster für mich kein Problem

Cons:

Bei gutem Wetter etwas stickig da das Fenster nur zu kippen war und selbst wenn man den Straßenlärm hinnimmt kommt kaum frische Luft ins Zimmer.
