Hotel liegt zentral, Övies vor der Tür
Schimmel in der Dusche, Vorhänge abgerissen, Personal konnte teilweise schwer zu verstehen (nicht gut Deutsch sprechen)
Umbau des Frühstückraumes,
Nachdem ich die Reklamationen genannt habe, kam nur die Antwort, dass das Hotel komplett saniert wird
Die Aussicht in den Innenhof ist unschön und wird von Tauben belagert
Keine grossen Ablage Möglichkeiten des Koffers geschweige der Bad Utensilien, da das Bad mitten im Raum ist
Der Preis (ohne Frühstück) war zu teuer

This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. From the moment we arrived, the building was under renovation and the noise was so extreme that our phones flagged it as a dangerous decibel level. Construction continued at night and early mornings as well. Checking in was nearly impossible over the noise, and since check-in wasn’t until 3 PM, we had nowhere to wait — the lobby was unbearable because of the construction, and it was raining outside so we couldn’t wait outdoors either. Even the staff admitted the noise was intolerable, yet they weren’t given earplugs or any protection.
The room itself was tiny with a view directly onto trash. The bathroom had no door, zero privacy. My friend also had no hot water in the shower. When we asked to upgrade, we were told we’d have to pay for an entire extra room with no flexibility or discount offered. The building’s exterior and common areas looked visibly dilapidated and neglected. One elevator was completely out of service, the other had exposed plywood paneling. The water station in the kitchen had spiders and bugs near it, which was genuinely disgusting.
One staff member was helpful in acknowledging that the noise situation was ridiculous and agreed it was a problem, but they weren’t helpful in finding any actual solutions or flexibility with pricing.
I would not recommend this hotel for any price. Do not stay here.
