Terrible. It is a Radisson Blu, but has the feeling of a cheap motel. Service was BEYOND TERRIBLE - front desk didn’t pickup the phone, neither did room service.

Daulat and the entire security team were truly exceptional—professional, highly attentive, and consistently present. As it was my first time in Delhi traveling alone, safety was a top priority for me, and they exceeded every expectation. Dinesh, Aakash, Bharat, and Vijendra were especially outstanding. They were vigilant, respectful, and proactive, always ensuring a secure and comfortable environment at all hours. Their presence brought a genuine sense of ease and peace of mind—I can confidently say I’ve rarely felt this level of safety at a hotel before. The entire security staff deserves recognition for setting such a high standard.
The front desk team was equally impressive—welcoming, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything needed. Sanjay and Chhavi, in particular, were incredibly warm and gracious, making the experience even more memorable. Anshay and Chanu were fantastic as well, and Anuj and Sangam were exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout my stay.
Overall, a truly outstanding experience. I look forward to returning again.
The maintenance of room is good. Room cleaning mainter Shri Ritik, the young boy is very customer friendly and listen to the customers request patiently and fulfil the requirement.

We are extremely happy with the housekeeping service.Dindayal(housekeeping staff) & Shikha (Supervisor) ensured our room was always clean, fresh, and perfectly maintained. They were attentive to all our requests and handled everything with such professionalism and warmth. Their effort truly made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention as well—thanks to Mr. Dindayal’s thoughtful arrangement, I could also beautifully place the flowers my husband brought for me in the morning, which made the experience even more special. It was really very kind and memorable.😊
