great staff, invisible management
Pros:

we stayed at the beginning of our trip for 5 nights, all was as expected of a 'corporate hotel'.
The restaurant, bar and room staff, very polite and always had a smile.

We returned a week later for two nights, very disappointed with the reception, did not make us welcome, room not as booked, and no answer when questioned. We had agreed a high price on booking, yet the hotel seemed to brush over our problem without any recompense.
Again all the restaurant, bar, and room staff were fabulous and very helpful.
Lots of guys walking around in suits, assume managers, other than a phone call to meet up, we where on the way out, so inconvenient after which nobody made any attempt to rectify the situation.
Hotel staff and location are great, just don't ask management if you have a problem.

Impeccable housekeeping – a truly spotless stay!

Really bad experience at The kabab factory
Pros:

We visited the Marina hotel today for lunch and the experience has been less than desirable. We had enquired about the cost for two and were told its 1500₹+taxes and got to know it's 2200₹ after we reached the hotel. It would have been fine if the service was good. They evidently didn't have enough servers as just two of them were busy handling a big party and hurriedly serving us. Dropping food on our plate and running away literally not only the behaviour is disrespectful, it ruined our overall experience. The cherry on the top was that even though the great kebab factory is a buffet restaurant we weren't allowed to pick up our own food. They insisted on serving it to us, casually mentioning the food available and the same hurried service.
The only saving grace was that the food was delicious. We paid 8k with more than 300₹ for a subpar service. I am Loyal customer of Radisson Blu, the Noida sec-18 been my favourite, I didn't expect the Delhi branch would be so disappointing.

I've been to several hotels in India, all very different from each other, but they all had one thing in common: the welcome, a true celebration of the guests, beautiful. In this hotel, the reception was as cold as ice. I personally think that the way you treat people reflects the value of the place you are in, not the pomp or money.

I was in room 160 and there was construction on building next to room including middle of night. The first night the reception asked to stop the construction, this was at midnight. Unfortunately the construction was happening every day of my stay at least they stopped of night time. It was not very relaxing. The other thing is the room did not have a window that you could see out of making the room feel a bit dark and dull. Not sure iff all rooms were like that in the hotel. The price you pay and being 4 star hotel i was very disappointed. This hotel doesn’t really live up to the Raddison Blue brand.
