Non respect des conditions contractuelles: Selon les termes de la réservation, nous devions avoir 10% de remise sur la nourriture et les boissons. L'hôtel nous a refusé cette remise sans justification et bien qu'aucune restriction ne soit indiquée sur la confirmation de réservation. J'ai obtenu environ 5% de remise au bout de 20 minutes de négociation puis ai du partir car notre taxi nous attendait pour l'aéroport.

Wonderfull days at hotel

Our stay at this property surpassed all expectations. From the minute we arrived, the front desk team welcomed us with genuine warmth and efficiency. The premium room was spacious, spotless, and featured an incredibly comfortable king-sized bed. We loved the modern workspace and the high-speed Wi-Fi, which made it easy to catch up on remote work. The highlight was definitely 24/7 fitness center. Breakfast at the main pavilion offered a massive variety of fresh local and international options.
