Os quartos estão muito caídos, precisam urgente de manutenção. Ar condicionado quebrou, me trocaram de quarto e o novo quarto estava com o aparelho da tv quebrado. Café da manha MUITOOOO fraco. Parte do box com vazamento nos dois quartos, o banheiro virava uma piscina. era necessário usar a tolha do banho para conseguir secar o banheiro.

Hotel 9 puntos, la pileta del SPA FRÍA!
Pros:

Las habitaciones, el desayuno muy rico y súper abundante, la ropa de cama impecable y colchones muy cómodos.
Entra una luz hermosa, y todo funcionaba bien.
Había un perchero caído y tan pronto como llamamos lo fueron a arreglar.
Las instalaciones muy limpias en general…
El encargado del spa del turno tarde (viernes), fue muy amable.
Las chicas de los masajes encantadoras todas!

Cons:

El agua de la pileta realmente no estaba a una temperatura cálida y varios que estábamos ahí opinamos igual.
El encargado de la mañana en el Spa no era servicial, estaba continuamente con el teléfono dentro de uno de los boxes de masajes.
Me dijeron que me enviaban el recibo del SPA que eran unos 270 U$D que contraté allí mismo pero nunca me lo enviaron.
