Alles gut.
Pros:

sehr gute Lage, schönes Appartement mit guter Ausstattung. Gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Dusche nur in der Badewanne und Duschkopf zum Haarewaschen zu nah am Rand der Wanne, so dass man sich fast anlehnen muss, um stehend unter die Dusche zu kommen. Wasserdruck etwas schwach. Eine Dusche ohne Badewanne wäre mir persönlich lieber gewesen.

Pros:

Goede bereikbaarheid, parkeergelegenheid en mooie ruime kamers. Enige nadeel was dat het zwembad dicht was. Sauna was top!

Apartment mit super Lage.
Pros:

Super Lage, Landungsbrücken 5 Minuten "Berg runter".
Apartment war genügend groß und gut proportioniert.
Viele Restaurants in der Nähe.

Cons:

Pool "immer noch" nicht zugänglich.
Bar war komplett menschenleer, abgesehen beim Frühstück.
Möbeln, Sofa, im Ap. ziemlich unbequem.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Special mention for the Reception staff who helped me extend my stay - and in the same room - on short notice due to a snow storm.

Cons:

The swimming pool was closed. And the Apple Maps did not offer this hotel when I looked for directions - instead, took me to the Adina Speicherstadt. Would be good to have a link to Maps/directions in the booking confirmation mail.

Soweit alles super.
Pros:

Wir sind wie beim letzten mal mit drei großen Hunden angereist und es war alles super. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😀

Cons:

Der Wellness-Bereich müsste geheizt werden, die Sauna ist nicht das tollste und der Pool ist je leider seit letztem Jahr bereits außer Betrieb! Das frühstück haben wir diesmal nicht dazu gebucht, da es mit 25 Euro pro Person völlig überteuert ist und der Kaffeeautomat macht den schlechtesten Kaffee, den wir bisher jemals in Hotels getrunken haben.

Voll ausgestattete FW, hier kann man länger als eine Nacht bleiben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Sehr sauberes und geräumiges Appartement. Der Balkon war prima zum Rauchen gehen. Da der Pool repariert wurde konnte man im Hotel nicht schwimmen gehen, deswegen hat die Unterkunft den Eintritt für die Therme in Hamburg oder ein anderes Schwimmbad in Hamburg übernommen. Das war spitze. 👍Das Frühstück war auch super lecker mit guter Auswahl. Eine super Unterkunft. 👍👍👍

Die Laage war einfach überragend und alles ist zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar.

Die Sauna war sehr gut und das Personal war freundlich.

Cons:

Das Geschirr war sehr dreckig als wir dort angekommen sind und die spühlmaschine hat so git wie garnicht funktioniert. Das Geschirr war nach jedem waschgang dreckig.

Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und man konnte Omelett bestellen das war super aber einen Preis von 25 Euro pro Person ist schon etwas viel.

Pros:

Excellent breakfast with early enough hours for me and late enough for my wife. We were able to comfortably walk to many attractions in town. The staff at the front desk and taking care of the breakfast buffet were professional and friendly.

Good location, would stay again!
Pros:

It's close to the St. Pauli U Bahn. There's a sauna with a shower that was really nice to have access too. The staff were polite and helpful when getting the sauna temperature right. The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The apartment decor was very plain and boring. Everything grey.
