Hervorragend!!! Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Das Apartment war Top sauber und sehr komfortabel mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Das Personal immer absolut nett und hilfsbereit - allfemein herrschte eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre in dem Hotel. Unser Hund war sehr Willkommen und der Wellness-Bereich und Pool lassen kaum Wünsche offen. Dazu noch die Ideale Lage, um Hamburg zu erkunden - besser geht kaum!!! Absolute Empfehlung!!!

Die Lage war super, die Zimmer schön groß! Der Balkon war auch super!

Cons:

Haben ein Drei Personen Zimmer gebucht und haben gedacht es gäbe zumindest eine Schlafcouch, stattdessen haben wir eine total durchgelegene Pritsche hingestellt bekommen.

Entspannter Aufenthalt im Herzen Hamburg's.
Pros:

Der Pool war klasse. War fast jeden morgen schwimmen. Und die Sauna haben wir auch genutzt. Das Hotel liegt ganz nah an einem großen Park, und bis zur Innenstadt ist es auch nicht weit. Und wenn man sich mitten in der Nacht dann doch noch eine Pizza machen möchte, kann man sich unten eine holen.

Cons:

Hatte im Vorfeld um zwei separate Rechnungen für mich und meine Kollegin gebeten, für die Steuer. Bekam eine Nachricht, das wäre kein Problem. Und am Abreisetag war dann das Personal am Tresen total überrascht, und es ging doch nicht. Gab nur eine Rechung, und mit sehr viel Mühen kamen beide Namen drauf.

goed appartement op top locatie
Pros:

Wij waren hier voor de Ironman, locatie was een perfecte uitvalbasis hiervoor. Dagen na de triathlon, wat sight seïng gedaan, ook hiervoor was de locatie perfect.
