Gut geführtes Hotel inmitten der Stadt

Sehr zentrale Lage, fussläufig zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten
Apartment sehr geräumig, toller Pool mit Sauna und gut ausgestattetem Fitnessraum
Das Frühstück ist sehr schmackhaft gewesen und die Bedienung vor Ort war sehr freundlich

Cons:

Die Ausstattung der Küche hätte besser sein können, was die Anzahl an Besteck und Geschirr angeht.
Die Zimmer sind zum Teil sehr hellhörig - in der ersten Nacht laute Schnarchgeräusche vom Nachbarzimmer gehört.
Beim Frühstück hätten wir uns ein wechselndes Angebot z.B. an warmen Speissen, Joghurts oder Aufstrich gewünscht.
Parkplatz doch sehr überteuert

Gute Lage. Pool ist angenehm. Man bekommt Bademantel und extra Handtücher. Rezeption sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Schon ein bisschen abgewohnt, aber noch ok. Dusche in einer Badewanne.

Virkelig skønt!

God placering i Hamburg, skønt personale og lækker morgenmad. Vores hotellejlighed var virkelig fin!

Cons:

Poolen var ret kold. Vi manglede info om fx rengøring, udskiftning af skraldespande og om vi skulle tænde eller tømme opvaskemaskinen ved afrejse.

Gefallen hat uns die Lage und der Fitness / Schwimmbadbereich, auch die Aufteilung des Apartements war sehr zweckmäßig. Küchenausstattung war gut. Die Möglichkeit, Wäsche zu waschen war auch beruhigend, wenngleich wir die Waschmaschine nicht genutzt haben

Die Ausstattung des Apartements war abgenutzt, das Sofa war nicht nurzbar, total durchgesehen und die Polster verschmutzt, auch der Teppichboden war fleckig. Wir sagten das der
Hausdame, aber sie sagte, daß Sofa wäre einfach alt... Die Bar war unangekündigt
geschlossen.
