They had clean rooms, the pool was clean and the staff was excellent.
Pros:

Ingrid was our check-in person and she did excellent. Booking.com messed up the booking and they were giving such a hard time about sending the confirmation to the proper email. She went so far as to call the general manager and ask if he could come in to use the other email! Our family was out of power for over 24 hours and needed a warm place for our kids. Wonderful experience at this hotel!

Good except for elevator issue.

Coffee not strong enough.
Also the elevators were broken ..needed an employee to operate the elevator..this was annoying.

My husband and I loved our stay here! The staff were super friendly, the beds are SO comfortable, and the room was beautiful and very clean. We also loved the fitness center and pool. We will be back!

Staff was welcoming, rooms beautiful and comfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Real food. I have been at restaurants who claim breakfast and have granola bars and a coffee machine. Hampton has all day coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water. For breakfast: Omelets, waffles, muffins, cereal ( hot and cold) toast, fresh fruit.

Cons:

Just fitness room wasn't ready yet, but I didn't really have time for a workout. It's under construction, so looking forward to next visit.

New renovations are outstanding!
Pros:

I have been coming to this hotel since it first opened. For many visits it has been for a family funeral, but the warmth and hospitality of the staff makes it a little better. The new renovations have not been pictured yet, but it is now an open concept, lighter colors, and amazing amenities including the Zero% soap and lotion! So good, I bought some! The lobby is gorgeous and the breakfast buffet delicious!

This visit was for my aunt’s funeral. Ingrid, and team, wrote a nice note welcoming me back, thanking me for being a loyal customer and condolences! So accommodating and nice!

Best hotel so far!
Pros:

Excellent all around! Clean and accommodating. Ingrid Slater, front desk manager, had amazing customer service! Would definitely recommend again.
