Our stay at Gaston Hotel Rivabella
Pros:

Excellent location a d delightful and helpful staff, especially on tge reception desk. The breakfast was very good, with hot and cold food served in an attractive restaurant.

Cons:

We were very disappointed to learn that the swimming pool was closed for the season. We had paid for the hotel well in advance on a non cancellation basis, so we could not cancel and switch to another hotel with an open swimming pool. As a sort of consolation, the hotel did give us a no extra charge room upgrade, which we appreciated. Also the beach was amazing and it is close to the hotel

Hotel vicinissimo al mare. Locali pulitissimi ma una struttura non da 4 stelle.

Frigobar vuoto,privo di ripiani e che raffreddava poco anche portando il termostato al massimo.
La porta del bagno nella camera non si chiudeva dall'esterno e pertanto continuava sempre a scorrere aprendosi continuamente e lasciando la stanza sempre in comunicazione con lo stesso. Problema evidenziato alla reception e non risolto.
Piscina dal 1 settembre chiusa.
Sala colazione con qualche sedia che presentava buchi di 10 cm sulle sedute.

Lokalizacja troszkę poza centrum ale wszędzie można dotrzeć pieszo lub komunikacja autobusowa - w pobliżu przystanki. Pokoje czyste z balkonem , personel bardzo pomocny , smacznego śniadania:)

Im Hotel nebenan hat es 10 Euro gekostet🙄
Es gibt zwar freie Parkplätze rund um das Hotel.
Da die Straßen jedoch sehr eng sind, hatte ich
Bedenken, dort zu parken. Ich habe dort einmal
ein Auto, nach einem Nacht, gesehen, das
zerkratzt war...

Woche geht das schon.

Alles in allem ein sauberes und ordentliches Hotel in guter Lage, bei dem es allerdings in einigen Bereichen noch Verbes
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist insgesamt gut. Der Strand ist nicht weit entfernt und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar. Durch das Hotel hat man auch einen günstigeren Preis für Liegen und Sonnenschirm bekommen. Auch in der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige sehr gute Restaurants. Besonders praktisch ist, dass man über das Hotel teilweise Gutscheine bzw. Rabatte für ausgewählte Restaurants in der Umgebung bekommt. Besonders positiv ist uns außerdem die Sauberkeit aufgefallen. Sowohl das Hotel als auch unser Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war durchweg nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch das Frühstück war gut. Es gab eine große Auswahl und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.

Cons:

Für das Zimmer bekommt man nur eine Karte, und die Klimaanlage funktioniert ausschließlich, wenn diese Karte im Zimmer eingesteckt ist. Sobald man das Hotel verlässt, schaltet sich somit auch die Klimaanlage ab. Der Pool ist klein und kann außerdem nur zu bestimmten Zeiten genutzt werden. Für einen Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage werden 20 € pro Tag berechnet. Die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng, sodass das Ein- und Ausparken, besonders mit einem größeren Fahrzeug, ziemlich mühsam sein kann. Für diesen Preis hätten wir uns eine komfortablere Parkmöglichkeit mit Videoüberwachung gewünscht.

Colazione ottima.
Rispetto alle alla silenziosità della camera, purtroppo l’ha vista mare era fastidiosa fino dopo a mezzanotte. Chiudere le finestre e utilizzare l’aria condizionata non è una soluzione, perché l’aria condizionata è molto rumorosa.
