Ein sehr gepflegtes Hotel in Fußweite vom Bahnhof. Sehr gut ausgestattete Zimmer, ein wunderbarer Saal mit Holzkassettendecke und riesigem Kronleuchter im Obergeschoß, wo am Morgen das Frühstück serviert wird. Sollte man wegen des Raums, des Angebots und der freundlichen Mitarbeiter nicht verpassen

Proximity to SL Train station. A few minutes walk. Close to cafes and shops Breakfast was excellent. Beautiful bathroom. Very helpful staff. This is a beautiful authentic renovated old building

Un bijou vénitien !
Chambre propre et fonctionnelle, décorée avec goût et attention particulière au détail. Incontestablement, la pièce phare, aux allures de salle de bal, est celle du petit-déjeuner. Un voyage dans le temps et dans le faste d’antan. À ne pas manquer ! Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour ces souvenirs rares et exceptionnels !

Pros:

A equipe é muito atenciosa e prestativa. A localização, mais próxima do terminal é excelente. O café da manhã parece muito bom, embora apenas meus pais tenham aproveitado.

Cons:

O quarto é pequeno. Quatro malas de viagem não cabem abertas em local nenhum. Achei um pouco caro o café da manhã adicional (20 euros). A janela do quarto só abria parcialmente, sem poder fechar a veneziana.

Good facilities, great location.
Pros:

Location was great, there was nothing more to ask for at the breakfast buffet - a very good spread! There was a selection and hot and cold drinks in the room. The staff on reception were great with tips and recommendations, and would follow up on any requests immediately - very welcoming 😀. Couldn't comment on the air conditioning as we didn't use it, although the heating was very effective.

Cons:

The room we had was right next to reception, and although it wasn't noisy we'd put in a request for a different one next time. The reviews about a lack of view from the windows are right for this room, but again it didn't matter to us as we were rarely there in the daylight! The fridge in the room was noisy.

Świetne miejsce na spędzenie czasu w sercu Wenecji

Lokalizacja świetna, zależało mi żeby hotel był niedaleko dworca, żeby można było dotrzeć do niego pieszo. Z dworca kolejowego do hotelu można dotrzeć spacerem w ok. 10 minut, spokojna okolica, tuż przy wyjściu z hotelu jest kanał i wieczorem można spacerować, cicho i bezpiecznie nawet podczas spaceru późnym wieczorem. W bliskiej odległości mnóstwo kawiarni i restauracji z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Śniadanie w hotelu świetne, duży wybór potraw i pyszna kawa. Budynek jest bardzo klimatyczny, pokój pięknie urządzony i bardzo czysty, klimatyzacja działa super. W pokoju jest też czajnik można zrobić sobie kawę lub herbatę. Hotel nie ma windy ale mi to nie przeszkadzało. Wielki atut hotelu Arcadia to personel! Bardzo kulturalni, pomocni, życzliwi ludzie. Dzięki pracownikom hotelu nasz pobyt w Wenecji minął spokojnie i bez problemów. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę, hotel ma cudowny klimat i pracują w nim wspaniali ludzie!

невероятная чистота в номере, персонал очень любезен и приветлив, завтрак хороший, фреши, сфежий омлет, фрукты, свежие овощи, сыры, варианты кофе. Очень качественная косметика в ванной комнате, халаты. Мы были очарованы этим отелем и персоналом.
