The hotel staff is very professional. You can arrive walking from the station or the parking lot. Great restaurants nearby. The main lobby/restaurant is beautiful.
It doesn’t have a lift but the staff helps you out with luggage.
Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great pillows, great breakfast, great location, big bed, big bathroom, surprisingly great water pressure, beautiful boutique hotel.
Not a negative but more a note to future guests: The entrance is not obvious to find so make sure you look for an understated entrance with a gold sign not far past the bridge.
The hotel was lovely in many respects. Excellent location in terms of surroundings and getting to other places. Very nice and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was lovely (this is one of my key criteria in selecting a place to stay). The air conditioning was also very welcome at the end of the day.
The main disappointment was the breakfast. The fruit salad looked tired; the yoghurt was very ordinary (no Greek yoghurt); the bread was the 'standard' sliced bread with the crusts cut off (never understand why that is done!); the scrambled eggs were lukewarm at best, and there was no possibility of having other forms of egg. Beyond breakfast, the Wifi was OK but not excellent (I struggled to download larger files for work, for example).

Arriving late we were met by a warm welcome which extended throughout the day. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Location too was really good, near the station, a water taxi stop and near some really good bars and restaurants.
Nothing. We were in the front with a good view of the street but it was really quiet at night.
Really strong AC, good location, pretty room and property, comfortable beds, really good breakfast.
Kind of thin walls but wasn’t an issue
Albergo confortevole, ordinato, pulito, elegante senza sfarzo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Molto apprezzabile il deposito bagagli e la disponibilità verso i clienti anche dopo il check out. Ottimo punto di riferimento e d'appoggio.
Assenza ascensore ma non è una pecca per Venezia. Lavabo bello ma
scomodo per posizione erogatore.
ottimo soggiorno, tutto superlativo, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto, tornerò volentieri per il mio prossimo soggiorno a Venezia, tutto veramente ben organizzato.
Nella colazione scarseggia un pò il dolce, mentre il salato è abbondantissimo.
La stanza per due volte non è stata rifatta in un soggiorno di quatto notti
Great location! Easily walkable from the ferry stop which made getting to and from the airport a breeze. It’s also far enough away from the major tourist hubs while still being very accessible. Lots of great restaurants nearby, especially to the north of the hotel - it has a more neighborhood feel.
The room we booked was very small which made it a little difficult for two people with three roller bag suite cases to keep organized.
El esmero en la atención de tdo el personal en recepción y el desayuno, todo excelente, muy hotel boutique, el desayuno buenísimo y el lugar donde lo dan es una obra de arte.

La habitación muy pequeña incómoda, la relación precio calidad es mucha muy caro para lo que recomendamos recibes casi una habitación sin ventana demasiado costoso para lo que es, la foto que ven es el restaurante nada que ver con el lobby

The rooms and the hotel were very clean. The staff was very helpful and kind.
Excellent location. Near the water taxi for the airport. It’s the public taxi. 20 euro for the airport. 160 euro for the private water taxi.
Walk outside of the hotel and there are restaurants everywhere. Very elegant hotel.
