Very good location. You'd think it's far away from the main attractions, but the walk along the main road down the Rialto and then San Marco was perfect with lots of local lovely shops, and it is beautiful. Also, there is a water public travel station literally just around the corner that takes you down the grand canal from San Marcuola Casino to San Marco in 30 min or less.
The location was also perfect for our very late arrival, it was only a short walk from the main station but with heavy luggage and 2 bridges it was OK.
The hotel room was clean and spacious! And cold most importantly. There is a mini fridge.
The breakfast area was modest but good choice of all food! Delicious cakes. A good selection.
The staff were lovely and so helpful.
Nothing in particular! We had to sleep with ear plugs.
The only feedback we would like to give the hotel is that although jt was lovely to have clean towels everyday, we were happy to reuse them. Maybe they can employ a method where towels on the floor is replace and hung up is keep.
I’ve just returned from spending 3 nights at this wonderful hotel. It’s in a great location, an easy and straightforward 15 minute walk from Piazzale Roma. The staff are amazingly friendly and eager to help. The hotel itself is both modern and classic in design. My room was spotlessly clean and a really comfortable bed. Breakfast was also very good.
The hotel is in a great location, with lots of bars and restaurants in the area. San Marco and Rialto are easily walkable in around 20-25 mins, and it’s a beautiful walk with lots of interest on the way.

Great location, pretty close to the boat taxi stop (5min). Hotel is on the smaller side but run very well, staff is very friendly and happy to help. Great restaurant recommendations from staff, loved Oficina (very nice restaurant at slightly higher prices) and Cantina Aziente (yummy lunch place at great prices).
I know its not really a factor when u come sightseeing to a beautiful location, but sometimes in the evening u might wanna watch ur streaming services so tv with screen mirrowing option would be great.
Air conditioning as soon as you step inside the building from the street. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. Nicely decorated rooms, classy and elegant, spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed, good shower. Lovely breakfast with lots of choices. A peaceful and comfortable sanctuary to retreat to from the busy streets of Venice.
I liked everything.
Such a charming little hotel in a great area. Everything was pristine, with thoughtful touches in the rooms, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. We are just sad we only had one night there - would definitely stay again.
Nothing, it was all great. It wasn’t an issue for us, but for anyone with mobility issues, be aware there is a flight of stairs up to reception and then up to the rooms. The staff rushed to help with suitcases though.

Hotelul este foarte bine plasat, aproape de gara Santa Lucia, de Piazzale Roma și de stația de vaporetto. În apropiere sunt multe restaurante și magazine.
We stumbled upon this small boutique hotel through trip advisor. We stayed 3 nights and were very happy with our stay. The deluxe room was a good size and clean with very comfortable beds. The included breakfast was great! The location worked well for us as many restaurants, shops and cafes outside the hotel. We were very close to the train and Guglie (water taxi stop). St Mark's square was a 25 minute walk but we peferred to book away from the square as prices are quite expensive in that area. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Thank you Arcadia for a great stay!

Sehr netter Empfang an der Rezeption, wunderschönes Zimmer, Top Lage , tolles Frühstück. Sehr zum Empfehlen. Nächstes Mal sicher wieder!
Die Größe des Zimmers und des Badezimmers. Sauberkeit. Die Lage - relativ nah zum Bahnhof und der San Marco Garage. Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut.
Das Zimmer sah nicht so aus wie auf dem Foto das ich beim Buchen sah. Kein Fenster - Bunkerartig. Es lag genau neben der Rezeption - man hatte das Gefühl die Mitarbeiter und die Gäste sitzen im Zimmer so laut war es.
Ein Stromausfall ( 22.00 am Abend - ) ließ das schliesssystem ausfallen und damit gab es kein Licht mehr - bei einem Zimmer ohne Fenster wirklich nicht optimal. Am Morgen ging es immer noch nicht. Auf Nachfrage wann es den wieder geht wurde man leider sehr wirsch abgewunken, und man an gab uns das Gefühl Lästig zu sein. Leider auch kein Angebot für eine alternative Lichtquelle oder einen Lösungsansatz. Der Notfallschlussel zum Betreten des Zimmer wurde erst auf Nachfrage gesucht. Aus unserer Sicht war nicht das Gebrechen das Problem sondern der nicht vorhandene Service und Lösungen für die Gäste. Sehr, sehr schade
What a fabulous hotel, great location 7min walk from the train station. We had an air con problem at our previous accommodation and they had asked the staff at Arcadia to put some champagne and chocolates in our room, the lovely staff at Arcadia also upgraded us to a junior suite which was fabulous!! Thank you so much and the air con worked too. The decor is perfect very Venitian !The staff were so helpful, breakfast was good too. We were only there the one night, but will definitely stay again.

It's was OK - but not great. No place to sit. No place to use a laptop. A high price for a smallish room, very close to noise of main walking route.
Make it easier to get coffee. Provide a place for people to use a laptop. Do something about the very high price.
