Arcadia Boutique Hotel

Location was great, there was nothing more to ask for at the breakfast buffet - a very good spread! There was a selection and hot and cold drinks in the room. The staff on reception were great with tips and recommendations, and would follow up on any requests immediately - very welcoming 😀. Couldn't comment on the air conditioning as we didn't use it, although the heating was very effective.

Super Frühstück und schöne Ausstattung! Für Venedig in dieser Preiskategorie auch ein durchaus geräumiges Zimmer.

Lokalizacja świetna, zależało mi żeby hotel był niedaleko dworca, żeby można było dotrzeć do niego pieszo. Z dworca kolejowego do hotelu można dotrzeć spacerem w ok. 10 minut, spokojna okolica, tuż przy wyjściu z hotelu jest kanał i wieczorem można spacerować, cicho i bezpiecznie nawet podczas spaceru późnym wieczorem. W bliskiej odległości mnóstwo kawiarni i restauracji z bardzo dobrym jedzeniem. Śniadanie w hotelu świetne, duży wybór potraw i pyszna kawa. Budynek jest bardzo klimatyczny, pokój pięknie urządzony i bardzo czysty, klimatyzacja działa super. W pokoju jest też czajnik można zrobić sobie kawę lub herbatę. Hotel nie ma windy ale mi to nie przeszkadzało. Wielki atut hotelu Arcadia to personel! Bardzo kulturalni, pomocni, życzliwi ludzie. Dzięki pracownikom hotelu nasz pobyt w Wenecji minął spokojnie i bez problemów. Na pewno jeszcze tam wrócę, hotel ma cudowny klimat i pracują w nim wspaniali ludzie!

невероятная чистота в номере, персонал очень любезен и приветлив, завтрак хороший, фреши, сфежий омлет, фрукты, свежие овощи, сыры, варианты кофе. Очень качественная косметика в ванной комнате, халаты. Мы были очарованы этим отелем и персоналом.

Posizione ideale, vicino alla stazione. L'hotel è piccolino, ma molto curato e la colazione è ottima. Particolarmente accogliente tutto il personale.

L' hotel è situato in un palazzo storico adatto e ristrutturato con gusto. Camera spaziosa e funzionale. La colazione è eccellente e il personale è molto professionale e cortese. A due passi da tutto

Die Lage ist perfekt, um Venedig zu erkunden. Auch das Viertel Cannaregio (wo sich das Hotel befindet) ist einfach zu empfehlen.

Bei der Hotelsuche haben uns einige Kommentare zunächst verwirrt, aber davon war in Wirklichkeit nichts anzutreffen: Im Inneren ist das Hotel sehr stilvoll und schön eingerichtet, mit vielen Details als Anspielung auf den venezianischen Stil. Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich geräumig, mit einem großen, bequemen Bett, einem Schrank mit Minibar und Safe sowie einem kleinen Fenster mit Blick auf eine schmale, kleine Gasse. Das Badezimmer ist gut ausgestattet: mit allen Badeutensilien wie Körperpflegeprodukten, Waschmittel, Bademänteln und Pantoffeln. Die Regendusche ist in der Duschkabine, und besonders positiv: ein sehr ordentlicher, leistungsstarker Föhn, was selten ist.

Zur Hellhörigkeit: Das entspricht unserer Meinung nach dem Standard vieler italienischer Hotels. Im Hotel selbst wird vom Personal auf Ruhe geachtet und Straßenlärm war bei uns nicht zu hören. Natürlich waren wir im Winter und rund um die Weihnachtszeit dort, aber auch zu dieser Zeit waren die Straßen durchaus frequentiert.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – das hat uns wirklich bezaubert. Wie es tatsächlich auf Italienisch heißt: "molto gentile".

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und lecker, mit einigen Specials: zum Beispiel ein interessantes, gefülltes Brot (frisch gebacken) oder sehr gute Pancakes. Der Kaffee war ebenfalls einer der besten, den wir in Venedig getrunken haben. Kleiner Tipp dazu: Auf dem Weg vom Bahnhof zum Hotel – auf der Rio Terà Lista di Spagna – gibt es das Caffè Dal Mas: sehr guter Kaffee und tolles, venezianisch angehauchtes Gebäck, absolut empfehlenswert.

Im Großen und Ganzen ein perfektes Hotel mit bester Lage, sehr freundlichem Personal und einem tollen Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

The room is pretty, clean, and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Each of the staff members was very welcoming, polite, and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying there.

My week-long stay at this hotel was exceptional in many ways, but what touched me most was the hospitality, genuine care, and empathy of the staff. Every interaction with each staff member was warm and authentic. Their thoughtful guidance—from choosing between a water bus shuttle or a taxi to the airport, to advice on payment methods and restaurant locations—made a real difference. Of course, I could have researched these details on my own, but the staff saved me considerable time and energy.

Elena, in particular, was always ready to help, offering deeply local and practical insights on everything from transportation to dining. The staff in the breakfast area were equally warm and attentive, and the breakfast itself was excellent. Overall, the hotel felt welcoming and homey—true luxuries while traveling.

I plan to return to Venice and will most certainly stay at the Arcadia again.
