Just spent 3 short nights at hellos hotel it is a fantastic hotel clean and modern just few mins slow pace from the beach first impression the reception was exceptional diago introduced
not only himself but his colleagues aswell and explained everything in perfect english all the staff were friendly and helpful the hotel is also close to loads of places with tribute acts expecially sinatras and top of the town , hotel also has mobility scooter charging station area, i got the scooter two years in a row off secure mobile and they were both top of the range scooters they dropped and picked up at the hotel, I booked with ziptransfers and it dropped and picked us at the hotel to and from airport, and for prople that loves the market its only two minutes behind the hotel , this is my second time here and I will be back

Poolside is nice and quiet usually.
Pool bar is good.
Dinner is very good, breakfast has a big spread also.
Room is comfortable with AC and balcony.

Great choices available for breakfast, snacks and evening meal. Location was great for the beach, market and restaurants.
Complimentary drink with evening meal, eg a bottle of water would have been nice, but nothing else to complain of.
I like the woman that checked us in and generally the building felt like good quality
The staff were rude, victimised us, tried to get us to react and management made the position worse. As an example we were asked to move some plastic cups from the pool edge, which we did - but this led to a wave of staff victimising us and the General manager threatening to kick us out of the hotel. Fundamentally we had done nothing wrong, and then felt on edge for our stay. Totally unacceptable. We went for a quiet stay, and other guests were fine but the staff were aggressive and made the stay a nightmare. I would love Gordon Ramsey to visit them. I’m not convinced other reviews are real….
