Wir sind jetzt schon drei ml da gewesen und kommen immer gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage und das Personal sind sehr gut. Das Personal geht sehr gut auf die Wünsche ein und unsere Bitte nach einem bestimmten Zimmer wurde erfüllt. Wir sind sehr dankbar und kommen gerne wieder!

Cons:

Ein Aufzug wäre natürlich praktisch, vor allem wenn man z.B. Knieprobleme hat. Aber ansonsten ist alles gut.

Unfreundlich und Abzocke: Probleme werden nur mit zusätzlichen Geldeinwurf behandelt

Ich hatte Last Minute versehentlich ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten gebucht anstatt eines Doppelzimmers. Das wäre zum gleichen Preis verfügbar gewesen.

Als ich den Fehler vor Ort bemerkte (12h später), wollte ich auf ein Doppelzimmer umbuchen. Die gestresste Dame an der Rezeption teilte mir jedoch mit, dass alle Doppelzimmer belegt seien. Online konnte ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt allerdings weiterhin ein Doppelzimmer buchen!!

Das Zimmer (115) mit den Einzelbetten war so schmal, sodass die ohnehin kleinen Betten nicht zusammengeschoben werden konnten. Auch das Babybett konnte nicht aufgestellt werden da kein Platz dafür vorhanden war. Zwar wurde danach für meinen Sohn ein Rausfallschutz organisiert, dieser war jedoch auf einer Seite defekt.

Da mein Sohn (2) gewohnt ist neben mir zu schlafen, wurde er in der Nacht alle 1,5h wach. TOP! Am nächsten Tag fragte ich erneut nach einem Doppelbett und erhielt zunächst wieder die Auskunft, dass keines verfügbar sei. Erst als ich erwähnte, dass ich selbstverständlich dafür bezahlen würde, war plötzlich ein Doppelzimmer frei, jedoch nur, wenn ich zusätzlich 53€ für die weitere Nacht bezahlen würde! Ich musste den Deal gezwungenermaßen eingehen, da weder mein Sohn, noch ich schlafen konnten.

Ich war bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel, da mein erster Aufenthalt aufgrund einer freundlichen jungen Dame an der Rezeption und eines passenden Doppelbetts in Ordnung war. Aufgrund dieser neuen negativen Erfahrung, insbesondere des Umgangs mit meinem Anliegen und der gestressten Art der anderen Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption, werde ich dieses Hotel jedoch nicht wieder buchen.

Pros:

A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt, különösen a recepciós hölgy. Ezúton is köszönjük neki. A szálloda minden kérésünket teljesítette, mint pl: kiságy biztosítása a 1,5 éves unokánknak, franciaágyas szobákat kértünk.

Cons:

A takarítás csak felületes volt, előfordult, hogy a tiszta törölközőnket lecserélték egy piszkos, láthatóan már használtra. Amúgy nem értem, hogy a még nem használt és tiszta törölközőket miért cserélték le mindennap.

Jeden Tag wird das Zimmer gereinigt, Handtücher getauscht. War super sauber. Top Klimaanlage und Ausstattung bequem. Frühstück lecker. Viele Angestellte sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend!
