Günstiges aber sauberes Hotel mit toller Lage am Stadtstrand
Pros:

Die Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade am schönen Stadtstrand von Las Palmas ist genial ,auch die Auswahl an Restaurants um das Hotel herum ist sehr gut. Für diese tolle Lage ist der Preis wirklich gut, die Zimmer in unserer Preisklasse gingen nach hinten hinaus, dadurch war es angenehm ruhig und der Innenhof war sogar mit ein bisschen Grün und Tischen ausgestattet.

Cons:

Wer mit dem Auto anreist, hat ein Problem, es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze fürs Hotel. Man kann mit dem Auto anfahren und ausladen, aber dann muss man in ein nahegelegenes Parkhaus.Die Fenster können nicht auf Kipp gestellt werden, was bei einem ebenerdigen Zimmer ein Nachteil ist, wenn man nur bei offenem Fenster schlafen kann. Allerdings sind die Zimmer bei unserer Preisklasse nach hinten in den Hinterhof gegangen, der allerdings auch sauber und ein bisschen grün war.

El lugar esta muy descuidado encuanto a la limpieza, en realidad por encima se Nota que no lo limpian costantemente, el olor a cigarrillo y humedad, terrible
