We would like to inform you that we now offer express check-in and check out to our guests via kiosks in the hotel lobby. Please feel free to ask our friendly staff upon arrival if you need assistance.

You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed.

Please note that there is a nonrefundable 2.0% credit card fee when you pay with a Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, JCB or UnionPay credit card.

Early check in is available for an additional AUD $30.00 (subject to room availability after 10.00am).

Late Check Out is available for an additional AUD $35.00 (until 1 pm). Please notify reception by 10:00 am on your check out date if you require a late check out.

Please note the covered parking has a height restriction of 5.9 feet.

Superb location, great value if sound sleep isn't a priority (it wasn't for both of our neighbours)
Pros:

Location is superb, price of rooms very affordable, reception staff very accommodating (allowed us to book in 2 hours early) . This hotel doesn't put tickets on itself, but it does have problems if sleep is an issue for you.

Cons:

We still rate this hotel highly, but the paper-thin walls and constant plumbing noises got the better of us. Ok if you are a good sleeper otherwise forget it, regardless of the price offered. After one good night followed by two sleepless nights, we checked out early and caught a greyhound bus home. Normally my wife could sleep through a cyclone but even she had trouble. We could see that the maintenance team was doing its best, but I believe that this 1930s hotel is best for a 1 or (subject to neighbours) 2-night stay.

Location was ideal for what we had planned and didn't need to travel for dinner.

Excellent value for money in a superb location.
Pros:

Great location. Walking distance to all public transport, theatres, restaurants and cafes.
Basic, clean facilities. Excellent shower with really hot water and superb water pressure.

Cons:

This is a budget hotel so don't expect a 5 star resort. Definitely great value for money and met my expectations.
