Location, rooms were nice. Food was good. Beautiful old building. Some staff were nice.
Arrangement with the restaurant. They were busy but there has to be more assistance - working out if it was ok to sit, having to go to the bar to order and not given a menu. Once I worked it out, I told 3 couples what they had to do, they appreciated my guidance but it wasn’t my job. I am on a walking stick and it is a fair walk from the table that I was at to the bar, where one menu was with red wine spilled on it and it was grabbed out of my hands while I was trying to read it. I didn’t bother ordering a drink. The food was nice and fast, eventually but not without hurdles. I stay in the Melbourne one a lot and it is a lot better organised.
This Hotel is nothing flash but for the price it’s a bargain. We have stayed multiple times
Access to public transport and walking distance to city.
Car park was small but we were warned about this prior to our stay.
Location was excellent as it was so close to Central station and the light rail service. The price was very good.

Location, comfort, and staff. Beds were comfortable and clean. Bathrooms clean and shower nice and hot. I find the value very good, and location to public transport excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The location 1 minute away from Central Station. Clean facilities beautiful old world decor. The great shower pressure and it was hot.
It was central to everything you needed in the CBD, either by walking or using the tram. Staff were extremely helpful.
There was no fresh air coming into the room so we ended with a lot of breathing congestion. We were also unable to lower the room temperature.
