An excellent well positioned highly recommended boutique hotel.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Rooms are a bit quirky but very attractive and well equipped. The staff are very helpful and efficient.

Cons:

Some drinking water in the room.

A good quality hotel close to the beach in Brighton, with great staff.
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location close to the beach in Brighton. The interior design is very interesting and quirky with lots of fascinating ornaments and objet d'art around the place.
It looks like a typical Victorian villa from outside but has some surprises when you go in! It has a nice bar and lounge area, as well as a breakfast room. We did not take breakfast however, during our stay. The staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable and had everything you need, with a bath and shower. There is a lift too.

Cons:

The only negative I can think of is that there is no parking on site, but there is a public underground car park nearby in Regency square, as well as other large car parks within walking distance. But parking is expensive in Brighton.

Pros:

We had the most wonderful stay for our Anniversary. The hosts were so welcoming, friendly, and so accomodating. The rooms were feature and i loved all the feature and amnetties. The Breakfast was 10/10 ... fresh produce and the nicest Sausages. We would love to come again.

Staff and hotel were exceptional. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable during your stay. The room was amazing and quirky and superbly clean and well provisioned. Honestly one of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed at.

Fantastic hotel for central Brighton
Pros:

Can't recommend this hotel enough! For central Brighton, it was so quiet and peaceful. The interior is super quirky, genuinely fascinating building. The staff were super helpful.
