Great place.

The smell in my room was awful and the noice from the construction site was even worse so we checked out after one night (booked 3 nights) The elevator was a joke with the right attitude, but else just scary so this place needs a lot of work to be suitable hotel again, it looks sounds and smells like the place is falling apart, but the old architecture was interesting, helpful at chekh-in but boring when me and my partner decided to leave early, but knew however that the construction noice could not be excused. Not far from city central but hard to find restaurants or bars just by.

Good central location.
Bad; construction directly in front of the building makes it very noisy at night. I know this is a temporary problem, but it's a big construction project so it may be there for a long time.

There are cafes, supermarkets and drugstores nearby.

Nice value for money hotel with extremely friendly staff, clean basic room with efficient air conditioner

Blanket too small for the bed. Some light switches not working. Fridge not plugged in. No soap provided without asking. Additional cost matrix the first thing you see when you walk into the room, detailing additional charges for using towels and bed linens etc. Rather abrupt waitress at the breakfast buffet. Breakfast was extremely expensive for what was provided.

I have booked it at Expedia and it was advertised at $45 per night including all taxes and fees with breakfast. But at the check-in the stuff informed me that charge would be $50 and no Breakfast. I have contacted their agency and the y agreed to charge me $45 per night but no breakfast

Really enjoyed this hotel. There was a tram that goes right down the street in front of the hotel, and just a few blocks from many restaurants and shops. I forget the name of it, but if you walk out the front door and turn right, and come to the light, there's a really good pizza place across the street.

I stayed there two times, 1 night only each time. I got the Suite each time. The room was nice, and big. The carpet in each room I had was needing cleaning or replacing, although it was clean, it had worn in dirty spots. The rest of the room and bathroom was nice and clean. The room was cold. Ask for a heater if you go there in winter. the bed was a little hard, but okay for me. Good breakfast. Overall the hotel was clean. It has an elevator, but it is very small. The hotel personnel were friendly and helpful. Some speak English okay. I would stay there again and I would recommend it for others. The hotel is in the city center area. Looks of shops and restaurants nearby. 30 minute trip to the airport, but the airport is way out of town.

No bed

Good value for price BUT be sure to stay in new building of 28 rooms. Rooms in nearby overflow old building are clean but much smaller and WiFi awful if at all. Free breakfast is better in Belly cafe beside old building. Rio, a beautiful bar restaurant, night club on waterfront is a 5 minute walk from hotel.

This is a nice old hotel basically in the center of Dnepropetrovsk. Old locks, old floor, new bathtub. Bed was disappointing. WIFI was a little unstable, but fast when it connected. I stayed for about a week, and aside from the bed, was satisfied with the room.

Room is comfortable and clean! But breakfast is more impovement.

As I think I read in someone elses review the hotel is ok for the money, nothing to shout home about but quiet and staff were frindly. The worst thing was the breakfast choice (lack of it) and the breakfast room - very depressing.Closeto all the good restaurants and the centre of Dnepropetrovsk
