In bagno lo shampoo era finito e il phone non funzionava. La piscina era piccola, e c’era freddo nel corridoio e negli spazi comuni. Siamo andati dopo cena nella sala per riscaldarci ma abbiamo scoperto che il camino era finto ( il camino con il fuoco finto in montagna d’inverno……)

Camere non proprio pulitissime, bagno camera terribile, porta camera mezza scardinata che non chiude bene
Ambiente rilassante, perfetto per recuperare dopo una giornata di sci. Cena molto buona e in generale reparto soggiorno con bar e divanetti molto accogliente e perfetto per passare tempo con i propri amici o la propria famiglia.
L'unica pecca, perchè non è neanche una cosa negativa, all'interno del buffet della colazione erano le torte non freschissime. Ma per il resto anche la colazione era super fornita con tantissima varietà e una qualità alta

Poca gentilezza alla reception
Abbiamo trascorso una bellissima settimana in famiglia, la camera era spaziosa con balcone e vista panoramica. L’hotel è in posizione comoda per spostarsi, pulizia, cordialità e servizi a disposizione dei clienti sono punti di forza unici, così come la cucina e l’area spa. Un ringraziamento speciale a Vittorio, alla signora che tutte le sere ci ha coccolati a cena, e in generale a tutto lo staff dell’hotel e della spa.
La cordialità del personale
Stanza troppo piccola e buia. La stanza si trova sopra un' area esterna del bar. Le persone parlavano fino a tardi e la finestra non chiudeva bene.

Mislikte er vel å ta i, men jeg savnet mer grønnsaker til frokost buffeten og Wifi tilkoblingen var noe tungvint. Kunne gjerne ha vært et tilgjengelig wifi nettverk med passord for hotellet i alle fasiliteter.
I wasn’t planning on writing a review, however, after a family member of mine, who also stayed in the hotel, did publish a review and received unpleasant letter from the hotel’s lawyer, I’ve changed my mind. In the letter, my family member has been accused of defamation, was asked to delete the review and publish an extremely positive review written by the hotel and/or the lawyer. This is NOT legal and EVERYONE has a right to freedom of expression. So here is mine based on my opinions and experiences. Based on other reviews online, it seems that the hotel’s lawyer sends such letters, when the hotel receives a negative review.
1) The ski room is very small and doesn’t have heaters for ski boots – quite outdated. The basement parking is also very narrow and difficult to navigate in.
2) The bar: cocktails are extremely EXPENSIVE. 13-15 euro for a G&T is expensive even in expensive countries. The bartender doesn’t know how to mix classic cocktails (e.g. espresso martini) and measures everything by EYE, so most of the time there is less than 2 cl in a cocktail and too little in a beer. We did point it out a number of times.
3) Again the bar: When ordering from the bar, you sign a ticket for every order. By the end you pay the bill for all tickets. Our bill was so high, we kindly asked to see the tickets. On a number of tickets from the bar, additional drinks were added – the tickets stated 2 + 2, however it seems strange that IF we ordered 4 drinks, the ticket did not say 4, but 2 + 2. No additional signature was on the tickets, therefore in my opinion additional drinks were added after making the first order without a signature.
4) The reception staff is extremely unpleasant to the guests! Not only to us. We were met with rude comments and comments in Italian to other staff members behind our backs. We felt very uncomfortable.
5) Rooms on one side had a nice view, but rooms on the other side had NO VIEW. There was a huge hill/wall in front of them, only around 2 meters away from the balcony.
What has been VERY GOOD in the hotel was the food and the very kind waiters! The kitchen staff, waiters and housekeepers are friendly and do their jobs excellently. In my opinion, the reception and the bar workers ruin a lot for the hotel and therefore I would recommend staying somewhere else.
