המלון נמצא במיקום מצוין - ממש עשר דקות הליכה מסופרמרקט ומכמה מסעדות, ובמרחק נסיעה קצרה מהאגם. הוא גם די קרוב לשאר האטרקציות המקומיות.

המלון עצמו נקי ומסודר. ארוחת הבוקר לא מאוד גדולה, אבל בהחלט מספקת.

הבריכה לילדים הייתה להיט בסוף היום, כשהכול כבר נסגר מסביב.

הכול נסגר מוקדם מאוד באזור, ובמלון הציעו ארוחת ערב שלא התאימה לנו עם הילדים. התארגנו מראש עם אוכל מהסופר, וטוב שהיה מקרר בחדר. היה נחמד אם המלון היה מציע עוד אפשרויות לארוחת ערב, או כלים מסודרים לאכילה בחדרים. למרות זאת, הצוות היה נחמד מאוד והביא לנו כלי אוכל לפי דרישה, כך שאכלנו במרפסת

propreté des lieux, environnement soigné

Cons:

nous n avons pas du tout apprécié le personnel d'origine étrangère (des pays de l'est) très peu souriant, à la limite du désagréable, et parlant mal l'allemand. Aucune personne d'origine allemande dans l'établissement pendant tout notre séjour.

Schönes älteres, aber dennoch sehr gepflegtes Hotel in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt geographisch wirklich gut. Die Nähe zwischen dem Feldberg, Titisee und Schluchsee ist genial! Drum herum gibt’s einfach viele tolle Ausflugsziele.
Das Zimmer war sauber, sowie das ganze Hotel!!
Das ist wirklich toll!
Auch der Pool und die Sauna sind sehr gepflegt und eine schöne Abwechslung!

Cons:

Leider gibt es Punktabzug was die Freundlichkeit betrifft. Da kann man wirklich mehr erwarten.:(
Herzlichkeit und den Gast offen und freundlich empfangen, das sind meiner Meinung nach die „Basics“.
