The staff were terrific! Would definitely stay again. Great place to visit the key areas of central Hanoi if that's your desire.

We had a great stay! The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was amazing!

The restaurant on site was excellent for breakfast in the morning. The selection was great and you could also order things like omelets and Pho. The housekeeping did a great job and accommodation to all requests. The front desk did a great job making sure I had everything I needed. We had a typhoon hit the city hard and my local guest had issues getting a Grab back to her place. The staff dis their best to help find a solution so she didn't have to walk jome...apparently thats a valid option out here. I would stay here again when i come to town.

The hotel is in a great location within walking distance to many things, our room was beautiful large and spacious. The staff were amazing, very helpful and welcoming. They were kind enough to store our luggage while we went up to Halong Bay for our overnight cruise so we didn’t have to take everything with us. Highly recommended this hotel and would stay there again.

Great property in Old Quarter Hanoi. Staff was helpful, courteous & friendly. Rooms were excellent. Lots to see & do nearby. Happy Hour was a big plus. For our 1st time in Vietnam this Hotel was a real treat. Would stay here again.

Absolutely amazing stay in La Nueva, really well places for walks to Old Quarter but for the service… wow, blown away. Super accommodating from start to finish, we are also celebrating my dad’s birthday which we didn’t tell the staff and they surprised my dad with a cake and greeting. Spa was exceptional and as the last thing. Our flight was at 7am in the morning and they organised transport and takeaway breakfast for us. What an amazing experience and can not recommend this place enough. When we come back best believe we’re coming back to La Nueva. Thank you!!

Everything is great. It feels like home. I love to stay here whenever I visit Hanoi. Great team of workforce. Very attentive, considerate, hospitable staff. Particularly Jimmy, Jenny, Grace, Lucy, David, Lily, Kevin, Max and Tommy are Awesome.! Very helpful and caring. Great place to stay.

An amazing place. The staff are wonderful and the rooms are very clean, comfortable and beautifully done. I would highly recommend to anyone staying in the area! They have free bikes and you can easily get to the main sights. I would stay there again!

A five star service from all the staff and in particular Jenny who looked after all our needs from phone Sims to arranging tours. Super location in the old quarter with a great breakfast and superb rooftop bar.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel-it was the first one we stayed at our our vacation traveling around Vietnam. This hotel is located in the old quarter-a convenient location. We really enjoyed the breakfast-the staff were very friendly & they had the best yogurt & coffee! We would consider this hotel in the future! Thank you!

The staff were so helpful and accommodating. We arrived very early and they let us know as soon as our room was ready for check in. They also gave us a map and pointed out all the sights and even gave us cafe and restaurant recommendations. The sky bar was a highlight and they took very good care of us. Some of the best customer service we have ever experienced and perfect central location with everywhere a short walk away. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Nice hotel in a decent location in Old quarter Hanoi. The service was excellent, but the building is a little dated, which shows in the finish in the rooms. The beds were comfortable and clean, the rainfall shower good too. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. The hotel is incredible value for money, however i expected more given the very high rating on Hotels.com

Fantastic hotel, really big room and good amenities. The staff were very helpful and so attentive. They also assisted with arranging a tour. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.
