A reasonable hotel in a fantastic location. Soi 15 is right in the heart of Sukhumvit and has an excellent night food market just across the road from the hotel. The rooftop pool and bar area is large but there arent that many sun loungers. The bar was good but cocktails were quite expensive. Breakfast was OK with a decent range of options.

We stayed at Paradox Hotel Bangkok and it was absolutely outstanding. The location was fantastic, close to both the metro and the Skytrain, which made getting around the city very easy.
The rooms were spacious and equipped with every comfort and luxury you could need. The breakfast was excellent and very extensive, with plenty of choices.
The staff at this hotel are incredibly kind and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
We will definitely be coming back here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Paradox in Bangkok.

The hotel is clean, well maintained, and modern. My room was neat, everything worked as it should, and any request I had was handled quickly and professionally.

Breakfast was good and had a nice selection. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

A special thank you to the lobby manager Pong, who kindly helped me with my domestic flights. That was truly appreciated.

I would happily stay here again.

Great hotel with an excellent location. Super easy to get here, just get off at BTS Asok, walk along the skywalk, and it’s a short walk into the soi. The area is quiet and not crowded.

The room was very spacious, and the bed and pillows were really soft. It’s probably the softest hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. There’s also a bathtub, which was a nice touch. Even though it’s a low-rise hotel, the view feels open and not blocked.

Dinner was à la carte and really tasty. Staff were friendly and provided great service. Overall, a very pleasant stay and highly recommended!

Very clean, and very close to terminal 21. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because the hotel is not situated on sukumwit street, but 50 m in the back, it was lovely that we did not experience the noise while still in the middle of everything .

I went there for the vegan/vegetarian buffet at the Hotels restaurant. This takes place two time a month.
The staff was really really nice. Communication in English was not a problem. The food was sooo good. The smoothie bar with Nicky also was a hit. I loved it :) such a nice person.
I will come back again for sure.

We highly enjoyed our stay at the Paradox hotel as part of our family holiday. The rooms were very clean. spascious and well serviced. We loved the staff: their friendliness and can do attitude were amazing and so pleasant. The hotel is located in a very central and quite busy area but the hotel is very quiet and comfortable. The roof top pool was our absolute highlight, a nice modern pool with scenic view and a bar. I highly recommend it. We will be back.

We have great experience with the service rendered by Miss Tarta and Miss Pear who were very professional, helpful and friendly when we have our buffet breakfast. Especially Miss Tarta who took the initiative to know us and make us feel welcome and comfortable

The atmosphere of the hotel is perfect for a relaxing vacation. Very comfy rooms and friendly staff. We really appreciate the warm hospitality of Mr. Chan-noi, one of the hotel staff.

Great vegan buffet nt the first time i have been here and each time the food has been excellent with a wide choice of vegan and vegetarian food. Well worth a visit and excellent value.

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel offers fair pricing for rooms and breakfast. The breakfast buffet is impressive, with plenty of delicious options and daily variety to keep things exciting. The staff were amazing — friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The concierge went above and beyond, recommending a wonderful foot spa place that was perfect after days of exploring the city. The location couldn’t be better — steps away from malls, supermarkets, and easy access to the metro or Grab. Everything about this hotel made our trip stress-free and enjoyable. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay!

I went to the vegan/vegetarian buffet which was amazing! The service was absolutely top-notch, my waiter Mr Tee was fantastic.
- All food was great
- The vegan cheese (with truffle cashew cream cheese, and pesto cashew cream cheese) was a HUGE surprise that it was SO good.
- Only improvement would be that the desert was a bit too sweet for my taste (but on the other hand I’m a big fan of really really dark chocolate, so if you like sweets you’ll be a fan)

Great to be back and see many familiar faces once again!

Stayed for 4 nights and we kept telling ourselves what a good decision it was to stay here. Great location with a faster access to the BTS and MRT stations from the back of the hotel. Staff were always polite and smiling and service was prompt whenever needed. Rooms were comfortable and spick and span and just what we needed after a long day in the city.

We arrived at the hotel, met with Mr. Tu Concierge department, who helped deliver the bags, and drove us to the train BTS station He has a service-minded attitude.
Thank you, Khun Tee, the restaurant staff, for your kind careThey helped us with everything. When we went to breakfast and the room was clean, all the staff were very helpful and the hotel gave us a cake for our anniversary. I was impressed.
