Pros:

The hotel itself is well maintain and all in good condition but the best thing I noticed during my stay was how well they train their staff. I met a lot of staff during my stay (even though it’s only 1 night) but their service stand out in the best way possible. Would love to stay longer but the location is too chaotic to my liking

Hotel ideal
Pros:

La habitación estaba muy limpia y completamente equipada. La piscina y el rooftop en muy buenas condiciones y no solía estar abarrotado. El personal muy agradable y encantador. El día que nos íbamos nos permitieron guardar el equipaje en recepción. Alrededor con buenos restaurantes y muchas facilidades (tren, farmacia…). Repetiríamos 100%

Pros:

My second time there while visiting Thailand. I am happy overall! My family’s happy and enjoyed the stay.
Pros:

It is at the central area. Location is excellent. Swimming pool is nice and breakfast buffet is good.

An exceptional stay that exceeded our expectations, with beautiful rooms, outstanding service, and a perfect location.
Pros:

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was honestly even better than we expected — the photos and reviews online simply don’t do it justice.

Our room was beautiful, extremely clean, spacious, and much nicer in person than it looks in the pictures. We especially loved the size of the room, the bathtub, and the bathroom. Everything was very comfortable and well maintained.

The service was also outstanding. Every member of the staff who assisted us was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. We also really appreciated the complimentary laundry service for two items — such a thoughtful touch that made our stay even better.

The location is excellent and very convenient for exploring Bangkok. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and were genuinely impressed by the quality of the hotel, the room, and the service.

This hotel definitely exceeded our expectations, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
