My list is long for this hotel which changed names many times. It’s now called the Viet Hotel. The hotel pictures are false advertising. Here is the list of issues:
1. Lobby staff are not friendly and really don’t seem to care about client service.
2. The hotel dining room is so dirty
3. They had no water one evening so we could take a shower after a day of hiking and biking upon our return. They blamed it on a street repair but everyone around had water.
4. The safe was locked and we asked everyday of our stay to unlock which they never did.
5 The room water heater is crazy loud with loud banging.
6. There were small bugs around. Similar to fruit flies.
7. The room phone doesn’t work.
8. The breakfast is ordinary.
We left the hotel after three days for a much better one down the street. Very very disappointing.
La chambre ne correspondait pas à la photo du site. Elle a besoin d'un bon rafraîchissement ( voir photos). De plus la fenêtre donnait sur un vide sanitaire.

The best part was we were allowed to take shower after we checked out from hotel
Hotel receptionist Dina was very helpful accommodating us a room for one hour to get freshen up since we had a long flight ahead
