We didn’t sleep comfortably.
Pros:

We chose this hotel because it is close to the port for us to board the cruise. It was not too close to port after all.

Cons:

The double bed was lay against the wall. For a second person to sleep on the bed against the wall, is very uneasy to get out of the bed. The rooms only provided only provided one thin pillow per person. The pillow was not firm nor thick enough to provide support for a normal person’s neck.

毎日綺麗に掃除ありがとうございました！楽しく過ごすことができました。
Pros:

ダブルの部屋に泊まりましたが、ゆっくりできるほどの広さがあり快適に過ごせました。
掃除も依頼すると毎日してもらえ4日間綺麗なお部屋で良かったです。

Cons:

トイレの便座が左に傾いていて座りづらかった。

本当にお世話になりました。

スタッフ
朝食は、バイキングだとパーキンソン持ちにとっては、一人では取りたいものを取りたい時に取りに行くのが難しいことがあるので、メニューから選んでサービスしてくれるので安心。
事前にお願いして、エレベーターの近くの部屋を確保していただきました。感謝です。

Cons:

パーキンソン持ちにとっては、車椅子用のバリアフリーは必要がないのですが、トイレ・洗面所の入り口に取っ手があるとものすごく助かる。
大袈裟なものでなくてもいいので、幾つかそういう部屋があると嬉しい。

すべて良かったです。また、利用したいです。

スタッフも皆さん素敵な人ばかりでしたが、ベテランの方には見えましたが、女子トイレでとても感じが悪かったです。そこがなかったら、最高でした。
