Pedro was excellent, giving lots of attention to our needs.
Pros:

The room was clean & we had plenty of towels.

Cons:

The beds were not comfortable. Mattresses very soft. We did not sleep well. The amenities offered: heated pool & jecuzzi etc were not convenient, they were down the street.

I liked the stay in the Valley Inn.
Pros:

Complimentary breakfast was very good. The room was clean, but a little dusty. The worker are nice. The Freedom Pass was a nice gesture to give to guests.

Cons:

The room was cleaned a few days before the arrival and was dusty, even though organized and ready for a guest. The parking was not marked for cars lots, but it was not a big deal. No curtains in our room, only a short blinds.

Pros:

Love the location! & The size of the rooms are great for families! My kids love the little arcade and lounge area.

Cons:

Both times I stayed here the rooms were pretty dirty which is disappointing. I was hoping the first time was just a "bad room". The place could be really nice with a deep clean and some small updates!!

Cons:

Mattresses are terrible. The couch is saggy and the mattress is springs. Front desk staff is not 25 hours/day so if you need something late (like sheets for the pull out), you can’t get them.

Not worth the money stay at the silver fox or snowy owl

Only good thing about this hotel was the location and that the room was 2 floors

Cons:

When we first checked in we couldn’t get into our room because the keys wouldn’t work. This happened to 3 other families checking the same time as us. The rooms smelled musty, very out dated and our toilets had dirty rings around the toilet. Breakfast was free but ran out of almost everything an hour into breakfast and was told they do not restock. The beds were terrible you could feel very spring. The pullout couch was even worse!

Pros:

It is too old hotel and everything was working at its bare minimum capacity. Breakfast options were very limited, only one person managing the reception and all..
No room cleaning service…
Sofa bed had years old mattress that has worn out its stiffness…
Acs make lot of noise…
I can keep on going and continue to say more… but have to stop at some point…
So I’m stopping here… worse stay!!

Pros:

We had to physically move our beds to plug in the lights for the room. Beds looked as if someone had laid on them prior to us getting there. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful.
