Good location and Hotel.
Pros:

It's in the heart of the city. Everything is available outside. The rooms were good ,spacious and well maintained. Hot water available. Service was good enough. The food ordered was good. Overall a good stay.

Cons:

The kettle and the hair dryer in my room were not working . But I also didn't complain about it. If I would have I think they would have been replaced. .

Good stay , Parking place is available , well maintained

Cons:

Room did not have tea / coffee maker / heat the water for drinking. these are basic requirements could not provided not luxury. We have stayed in similar type of rooms in other hotels they provided.

Decent rooms but the restaurant is bad
Pros:

The location is right in the city centre. The rooms were clean.

Cons:

Restaurant for lunch/dinner needs serious improvement. Cleanliness is totally missing. The table was not clean, The waiter had his fingers inside the glass when he bought us the water. Overall this was not expected from a heritage property

Pros:

To my fellow travllers to Ooty pls dont skip this gem of a hotel.
I was really surprised by the room they gave us for the 5k. It was a steal deal overall. Also they serve good varieties of Veg food.
