The hotel was clean, but the room layout felt awkward and not very comfortable, which made it less enjoyable to stay in.

Hotel is in a fairly quiet location away from crazy tourist crowds. It’s near Asakusa. Customer service was excellent. The minimal double room is VERY small. Like smaller than any room in NYC or others in Tokyo. If you have checked luggage, book a larger room. The comforter was very plush and comfortable but the mattress was hard. The design of the hotel is very modern and chic and it was very clean everywhere. Quality of breakfast food was quite on-par with breakfast buffets in budget hotels in the US (so basically, below-average quality).

Amazing location
Amazing place. Beautiful setting, fantastic cafe with great coffee and lovely soaps and shampoos. The rooms are tiny but clean and contain brilliant showers. The star or the show is the incredibly kind and helpful staff.
