não tem qualidade para ser 4 estrelas. Atendente da recepção, nada simpatico. O criado mudo parece uma mesinha de bar , aquelas de madeira ( acabei esquecendo de tirar fotos), nada a ver com 4 estrelas

El desayuno estaba bastante bien, mucha variedad de comida y bebida.
En general el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Pedimos un tapon para la bañera en la noche, no nos atendieron con mucha amabilidad, me indicaron que vuelva a mi habitacion y me lo llevaban, esperamos durante mucho tiempo y nunca llego.
