Estadía accidentada por falta de agua pero faltó apoyo del hotel para brindar solución.

Llegué a las 2 de la mañana por retraso de vuelo, y cuando fui a ducharme no había agua, por lo que perdí mi excursión, solicité un late check out para poder salir duchado y el agua no llegó en todo el día, me indicaron que me enviarían un correo para el reembolso y a la fecha no he recibido el correo, tuve que pedirle a unos amigos me llevaran a su casa a ducharme para continuar mi viaje. Un hotel consiente devolvería el dinero o te enviaría a otro hotel .

la ubicacion, la habitacion estan muy bien. El desayuno es muy bueno

No me gusto que cuando fui a pagar me paso el precio de dolar a peso, con una cotizacion arbitraria, por lo que el precio fue mas alto de lo que indicaba Booking que debiera haber sido. El precio en dolares era US$133.89 y en pesos eran $191.847, tomando el dolar a $1432, y en mostrador, quien me hizo el check in me dijo que tomaba el dolar que le daba el sistema, que no se que sistema era, a $1500, por lo que pague en pesos $200.835. Esa actitud no me gusto para nada.
