Debit card machine did not work and I had to go and withdraw cash
The system was very organised. People were respectful. The place is very pleasing. A beautiful stay. The breakfast was amazing.
The water would not pass by the hole below the basin area. It feels disgusting. Otherwise it's fine.

food was good. thankfully no mosquitoes in the room or the floors.
check in and check out took very very long. seemed like their only mission was to train the trainees given that those who knew the procedure refused to do it themselves. Room service was ok-ok. Not great. Food was very decent. Main challenge was the very dirty exterior. Very very dirty. This caused a million mosquitoes in the reception area itself and if you escaped that another million inside your waiting car. thankfully, the floors and rooms did not have the mosquitoes. But very dirty outside just outside the gates. people urinating in the "nala" outside the hotel did not make for a good sight when watching outside the window. room service collected all food payment at the time of delivery itself and despite asking them a few times to give us a copy of the bill they said, it will be available at check out and at check out reception did not have the food bills to give us.

It was a good experience after the initial hiccups
The bathroom was smelly on arrival. I followed up with the staff several times to get it cleaned. The bell boy ignored my request upon arrival. Later on, the housekeeping staff sprayed room spray and then said he would finish it after his lunch, but never followed up.
There was also confusion about my early check-in request. The hotel responded to my request for early check-in with a welcome message, but I was later told that doesn't mean the request has been accepted. After a wait, the staff granted me the same.
