Staying there felt like SHIT

Nothing everything was shit.

Cons:

The room was not as it was in the picture in booking.com. The toilet were worse than public toilets and the beds and the pillows were stained and the staff refused to change the pillows and they said they can only change the pillow cover. The smoke from the furnace as given in the picture comes into the rooms through the toilet ventilation and gets into the room causing problems for us and when we informed the staff they did nothing. Just waste of money and time.
Instead of looking in bookings.com I should have checked agoda or other reliable source. Bookings.com was the mistake i made when looking for stay. Waste of money and you get the benefits.

Pros:

The rooms were not clean and quite noisy. There was no in-house dining option, so we had to step out for food. Ordering through Swiggy or Zomato was possible, but since it was raining all day, most restaurants weren’t accepting orders, which made things very inconvenient. The bedsheets were dirty with hair on them, the room had a foul smell, and there were insects around. The Wi-Fi connection was also very slow.

On the positive side, the staff was polite and handled requests well, and the location is good with several nice places to visit and plenty of dining options within 1.5 km. However, for the price I paid (~₹5500 per night), the overall experience did not feel justified.
