Relaxing hotel, well located with public bath
Pros:

Well located and connected to metro. Many restaurants close by. Great diverse breakfast. Close to Nishiki market. Well connected with metro and busses. The public bath was very pleasant and quiet between 5 and 6 am.

Excelente quarto, ótima localização e uma receção fantástica
Pros:

O quarto era muito bom e bastante espaçoso. A receção que tivemos à chegada ao hotel foi fantástica e superou as nossas expectativas. Nota-se também bastante organização e a localização é excelente para explorar Kyoto.

Cons:

Embora os funcionários sejam extremamente cordiais, simpáticos e atenciosos, alguns dos processos durante a estadia são bastante lentos e acabam por demorar mais do que seria expectável. Ficámos com a sensação de que não se trata de um problema dos funcionários, mas sim de alguns processos do próprio hotel que poderiam ser mais eficientes.

Pros:

大浴場と朝食、品数豊富で美味しかったです。毎年、利用させて頂いています。

Cons:

自分も悪いと言うか、大浴場に行った時に、カードでドアを開けようとしたのですが、何回もカードをかざしても開かないので、何故かなぁ〜❓️と、思いつつ、内側から出て来られたので、浴場に入ることが出来たのですが、男性用と女性用のカードがあるのが、後から分かった次第でした。受付でひと言言って頂いたら良かったです。
