Pros:

Everything was clean daily

Cons:

Wifi connection was poor,breakfast could've had more options, instead of the same items every morning, no brewed decaffeinated coffee in the breakfast area.

Pros:

Staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good. Sausages were really good. Hash brown patties should have been cooked more. Went soggy and fell apart when trying to pick them up

Cons:

Hallways were so cold and breakfast room same thing. No instructions for shower. Location was not quite where I wanted yo be. Did not feel safe walking outside once dark. Had to go outside to get pop from the machine

Nice hotel - pity about the hot water situation
Pros:

Location, nice hotel

Cons:

No hot water as the boiler was out of action. Might have been good if we had been informed of the problem before we actually arrived. The notice that informed guests of the situation was in the elevator and found after we had paid and before we went into our rooms
