Please note that supplementary charge (Gala Dinner on 24th & 31st Dec) will apply for all extra beds against such reservations. The same has to be mandatorily paid prior to arrival. Charges for adult INR 3000/- per person & Charges for child INR 2000/- per child. Please note children below 6 are hosted compliments of the resort (without extra bed).

Have to improve service to customers, since it is service oriented business.
Pros:

Food is very costlier comparatively, which is as equal to room rent, better if reduced can avoid the customers going out for food and improve and get better business for both.

Cons:

Service to the customers is not up to the level according to us. Have to improve better service, hope, will be considered. Room service certainly requires immediate attention for your better business improvement.

I think the place is outstanding in terms of ambience, cleanliness and service.
Pros:

The place is located near the center, which is walkable. The breakfast was included with the stay. There were decent range of cuisine options to choose from, and that is table service. The food was freshly made, really good and I was able to pack some for my return journey. It kind of met my expectations.

Cons:

I liked overall everything, only the room felt little warmer at night. I had one balcony which I closed before going to bed. So it became warm. I wanted to try the spa service, though it was unavailable during the time I stayed, as I checked in around 7 pm for one night only.

Good food with good hospitality but bad hotel facilities!
Pros:

We really loved the food & the hospitality! People are very helpful!

Cons:

The hotel has renovations going all around which made it look quite shabby. Also, there was damp smell all around, including the room.
