Clean, compact, value for money. Just a few yards away from bus stop and tram. Migros, lidl, aldi are also within a 5 min walking distance. There's a mall close by that has a KFC and there's also an Indian restaurant at walking distance. Superb location. Highly recommend it.
Breakfast spread could have been better
The hotel met our expectations. It is very close to the tram stop, making it easy to get around. Before your arrival, usually a day before check-in, the hotel sends you an email with a free public transportation pass that you can use throughout your stay. If you do not receive it, I recommend contacting the hotel directly, as they are very responsive and helpful.
The beds were comfortable, the room was clean, and the hotel was generally quiet. We also found it very easy to get there from the airport. We took bus number 23 and got off at Petit-Lancy, Les Esserts. To reach the city center, you can take tram number 14, get off at Bel-Air, and continue into the center from there.
Overall, the hotel offers excellent value, convenient transportation links, and a comfortable stay.
If I had to mention one minor improvement, it would be the availability of disposable hotel slippers in the room.
