I do not recommend the hotel to people with sensitive sleep.
Pros:

The rooms are spacious. Good bed linen. Friendly staff. It's quiet in the neighborhood. There are many good grocery stores nearby. Nice roof with sun beds and a swimming pool and good gym.

Cons:

It's impossible to live in the room opposite the elevator, there's no sound insulation, and it's very noisy all night, so I had to change the room. Although I wrote a letter in advance that I would be with an elderly mother, and specifically asked for the quietest room possible. The email was ignored. As it turned out, the audibility in all rooms is awful, but better than near elevator.
There were a lot of ants in the first room on the 4th floor.
Breakfasts are limited and poor.
Free buses arrive with a heavy delay due to traffic jams and there is no point at all. The hotel does not provide beach towels.

Pros:

Хороший отель с приветливым персоналом. Чистые и уютные номера с ежедневной уборкой. Поблизости остановка метро и множество ресторанов и магазинов. На крыше имеется бассейн, джакузи, тренажёрный зал и СПА.
