Excellent stay and amazing food
Pros:

We, family of 6 stayed there for 5 nights in dec21.
Pros:
1. Spacious rooms with powerful heater in place.
2. Good breakfast. Dinner is lip smackingly delicious.
3. Great heritage properry.
4. Very good service
Cons:
1. The approach road to the property is very very steep.

Average. Room for improvement in food served. Rooms are spacious but furniture could be improved. Location is good but garden can be improved

For the 21500 I paid for a 2 day stay. Not worth
Pros:

It's basically a shabbily unkempt place which offered me a tiny room for super deluxe family room . I got swindled as I had paid online, one shouldn't choose this place without checking the rooms or the hotel location

Pros:

This historic hotel has an amazing view of the lake and mountains and is perched far away from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets below. The gardens are impeccably maintained with spacious greens and balconies. The rooms, however, are dirty (bathroom was clean though), dingy, and smell like mildew. They need to immediately update the rooms. Overall, the hotel is overpriced but the view, tranquility, and excellent service do make up for things.
