Pros:

The worst hotel that I've ever stayed. The service, rooms, staff everything is just like a local lodge. Not a three star hotel.

Good & Clean Hotel. Quite far from the city center
Pros:

Overall the experience was good. Couple of items which need improvement are:
1) The location is quite away from the kodiakanal lake. It is better if you have your own transport when visiting this hotel. Otherwise you might have to pay 200 bucks everytime you need to travel from this hotel. For a resort and the view from balcony probably requires this to be in a remote location
2) The hotel paint is chipping away and it looks like a very old hotel. Probably repainting is required

Comfortable and peaceful place
Pros:

Is one of the Resorts which is at the very top of the hill station. Excellent view from the rooms. You can just sit in your room and enjoy the panoromic view of all entire hill station.
Is a bit far from the city and there are not many eateries near the hotel. You will need to take a taxi to the city (3-4 kms) for good food or settle for okish food served in the Resort restaurant which is very expensive.
We took a family room which is nothing but 2 single rooms with connecting door between them and attached bathroom for each room.
Rooms are decent. House keeping services was good.
Prices are bit on the higher side for the facilities.
Overall the experience was good.

Pros:

The one thing that is positive is the valley view. Travel desk is there to make money. Poorly maintained.
