Absolutely nothing! Roaches in the bathroom. Coffee cans all over the hiotel. Bedbugs in both rooms. 2 people had over 15 bites. Manager was a total jerk about it

Location was great and the staff was helpful and friendly.

Raj Patel and his wife are very nice. Unfortunately they left and never returned. Front desk employee was a jerk, whomever installed the security latch, mounted it wrong, when I left the hotel. I was locked out of my room for awhile. The front door had the security latch properly installed, but never used the main door all week. I used the back entrance where I could use this access, since I'm handicapped. Twice it happened but wasn't totally locked out till second time and requested the front desk to help. I was already ticked off because my girl was sick and passed it to me, by the second day I was feeling very ill and wanted to check out a day early. In which I was informed I couldn't do. That really had me cranky because I didn't want to get someone else sick. Plus the room had pets previously which triggered my allergies. I was really getting upset at this point, then on top of that, the shower handles were reversed, which slightly was uncomfortable. So I sat down on the edge of the tub to figure out the problem and water sloshed all over the floor, then had to use every single towel to soak up..the water and hand ring out the water. Not only did we get short towels, we had to wait till early afternoon to exchange them for fresh dry ones

Sketchy neighborhood, room was dirty and smelled horrible. The front desk person was sketchy, there was weirdo people out in their cars . Felt very unsafe.

Pool pool tables video games clean rooms good breakfast

We were in town for a wedding. We were able to check in 2pm beforehand, and it was an easy process. The outside is not a good reflection on the inside. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean. The pool area had arcade games, pool tables and table tennis with colorful decorations. We encountered many families and enjoyed this area.
Overall, we had a great experience at a very inexpensive price.

This hotel is truly a hidden gem. It is an old Howard Johnsons that is in a continual (as most vintage motels and hotels are) state of renovation. The outside might scare you if you don't take a second look. Look beyond a "dated" exterior as having a retro / industrial vibe. The parking lot is clean of litter and there are no loiterers. Our room (#103) appears to have been freshly redone: New floors, paint, counters & furniture. The bathroom has been partially updated . There were no critters during the night or day. The linen was also clean and comfortable. One really cool feature is how you can back your car up to the front door to unload and then there is a back door to the room where you walk into an interior hall that leads to the great atrium with the pool. The breakfast was homemade and kept hot in a series of warming pans. You will be disappointed if your family only likes prepackaged chemical breakfasts. The front desk personnel was helpful and courteous. Keep in mind the very competive price point of the room.
