Pros:

L'accès est facile, en dace de l'aéroport. Il y a un grand parking. L'hôtel est calme et confortable. Le personnel est atrentif et souriant. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.

Cons:

La literie du canapé. La chambre faite tous les 2 jours seulement.

It was a decent place to sleep and the staff was friendly.

Cons:

I booked through here and then two days before going found out they were starting renovations so the pool was closed. Only reason I booked here. Then in the morning you could hear all the work being done. That’s okay I understood.

Have stayed at Marriotts over 100 times in my life and never was treated or had a facility in this condition the entire

It was close to the nursing facility

False marketing. Pictures of pool etc on page 1 of listing. Doesn’t say pool is not operating or being renovated. Drove 6 hours promising 3 small children a pool to play in to find out at the reception desk that is wasn’t in operation. Asked to cancel booking. Desk agent said no. Would charge me full price no matter what.
Went to room to put tired children to bed at 8pm ish just to find that the linens on both the pull out couch/bed (covered in popcorn and other stuff) and king bed ( dirt on sheets and pillows case) were not cleaned prior to us arriving. Went to desk to get help. Lees than helpful desk agent said we would have to wait until your van driver returned from wherever he was to change the sheets.
Asked for a discount again your desk agent said no

Room was fine EXCEPT lack of hot water and staff did not care we were incovenienced - will affect !

NO HOT WATER IN ROOM - Staff knew of the problem with boiler and did not advise on check in. When complaint lodged at check out, NO offer to accommodate / discount / comp room ! Unable to shower before leaving !!!

we felt at home and staff was exceptional!!!!
Cons:

Choices of milk and yogurts at breakfast. Skim, 2%, flavored yogurts. Were limited. I appreciate better dairy.
