Hotel was conveniently located on our driving route

Cons:

Booked the hotel because it had a pool so that the kids could burn some energy after being in a car only to get there and the pool to be closed due to repairs. This would have impacted our decision had it been disclosed on the booking.

Breakfast, staff, beds!!

Cons:

Front rooms too street noisy!! Staff moved us to back of hotel rooms and gave us earplugs just in case!! Excellent care on their part!

Really.nice hotel, great location. Awesome staff.
Pros:

Brilliant hotel and ideally located for the University of the Cumberlands. Wet clean, awesome staff and great breakfast.

Cons:

The hotel met all my expectations. Even though there was hot water in reception to make tea, I found it to be cold. A kettle in the rooms would be better.
