Useless horrible experience
ดีๆๆ
Although they had my reservation they had no rooms. Problems with some of the rooms. They transferred me to another hotel both owned by the same person. As soon as we walked in the lobby we knew it was dirty and rundown. Can’t imagine how people rated it as “good”. Had to take cab to second hotel at my expense and contact my ride for the next morning to let me know I was at another place. Impress provided no assistance.
Воспользовались отелем для отдыха после ночного перелета и подготовки к следующему ночному перелету. Неприятно было увидеть использованное откровенное грязное постельное белье. Заменили на свежее. Давно не убирались в номере. Близко от аэропота.
Hotel was good staff memebers were good cooperative and will recommand this hotel to my friend also.
Room was clean but missings towels and toilet paper.
Breakfast was okey.
Neat, clean hotel close to airport for that night stay before n after flight. But there was a bit of noise at night.
The convenience with the hotel was the price factor (deal offered) and the proximity to the airports. I came in late at night and checked in at about 11.30 and left out at 5.00 am. The only issue was that the room allocated to me "001" was right near the reception and entire night there were people walking up and down. Apart from that the the hotel staff were also quite noisy near that room, which didnt help with the sleep. The other rooms inside the corridor are decent and dont have such issues.
the hotel restaurant and bathroom are not clean. Problem with hot water. Too much noise in the night.
Worst hotel ever . No network ever .no cabs or riksha outside s hotel . And they charged 300 RS for 5 km distant another hotel everyday . Some 1200 RS for the cab to the railway station for my Peons . I think u should by cheat people like this on this site . I m never gonna book any hotel on booking .com ever again . I want my refund from the impress
It was an overnight stay for taking a flight next day. Quite convenient and value for money. The food is good.
내부시설이 낡았으며. 침구류 청결이 부족함
Little pricey for India but served my needs well. Needed room to get some work done, had some trouble with my laptop connecting to the wifi, they happily moved me to another room. Cleanliness is pretty good for India.
Overall experience is good.Hotel help desk should take interest and guide the tourist for visiting New Delhi . Rooms should be provided with locker facility to keep the valuables .
Rooms OK but a little dark since the windows seem to face into walls.
Staff friendly and helpful. Not much to do in the area except stroll around and people watch, which we enjoyed for a few hours.
Well stuff was nice/helping but room was basic standard. Its good choice for over night stay if you have next day flight.
I would recommend my friends to use to hotel. Good hotel with all amenities being provided except WIFI which was not reliable.
The pictures overstate the amenities.
The best part of this hotel was the reception staff. The reception was very helpful.
However the towels were so old and stained that we could not use them although they smelled clean.
This is a very bare bones hotel ok for young students on a limited budget but not for those who need and want a bit more. I would not recommend to anyone.
The hotel was excellent in every way, including the restaurant which was very reasonably priced. Not a part of the city where anything of interest to see, but convenient for the airport. Only criticism would be be that the air conditioning could barely cope with the intense heat of 44 c on 14 June.
I had understood that there was a free pick up from and drop off at airport included in price which was not the case. This may have been the fault of Expedia website or my misinterpretation, but hotel is a cheap taxi ride from airport so ok anyway.
The rates could be a tad cheaper, but it's a decent hotel if you just need to stay the night. It's not a horrible hotel whatsoever. I didn't expect much from it. The room was okay, the bed was surprisingly comfortable with clean sheets! I stayed at a 4 star hotel in the same city and found hairs under the sheets! So I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the bed. The bathroom on the other hand was kinda ick, Again, i didn't expect much from it. The breakfast was okay, not bad.The staff was nice and friendly so I can't complain about that. I saw people said crappy things about its location but, HELLO!! you're in India! I come from a third world country and it's normal to have streets that look sketchy but it doesn't mean it's dangerous. I'm a female and took a taxi straight from the airport at 1am. .I didn't feel threatened in anyway at all. So if you have an issue with that, I suggest you stay at ITC Maurya, where Barack Obama stayed when he was there. The hotel has walls surrounding it, separating it from the ghetto streets outside. Just be prepared to cough up your year's savings. =) (I'm exaggerating like how the other reviewers exaggerate). If you want super clean, paved streets without trash everywhere, then go to another country. =) India is beautiful with it's people and culture, but let's face it..it's not close to being a clean country. I can at least say that to the three cities I visited: Delhi, Jaipur, and Agra.
