Guest Reviews
Room was scent free! Fantastic. Loved the upgrade to a suite with a kitchenette as we both have food allergies. It was nice having the gluten free muffins and bread as an option, as I have Celiac.
The server could not provide ingredient confirmation for the hash browns or sausages. In the end, the hash browns were soggy and the sausage patties weren't browned- they were kind of grey and unappetizing looking so my colleague didn't opt for them anyway. They also said the eggs tasted weird and plasticky, so it's a good thing we had the kitchenette and could make ourselves an additional breakfast.
Nice and clean
The front desk staff was new and gave all sorts of wrong information. Would have been better off not giving any. Gave wrong time for breakfast etc which meant we almost missed it.
Very comfy bed

location, value for money
Location was right in the middle of the town. Easy to find. The room was spacious and clean. I even liked the relaxing music that was playing on TV when we were entering to the room for the first time. I kept it running until we went to sleep.
If you want to spend the night at a room after a long trip outside, then this is a good option.
There weren't any big issues. The breakfast could have been better and one side of the toaster was not working by the time we went to the breakfast. And it would have been good if the trash bin is situated in some corner, because otherwise we have to disturb people who are eating at the table nearby to get to the trash bin.
Access
Doors locked at night.
Nothing-waited 40 minutes in front lobby ringing bell, calling main switchboard and not getting a response. Asked a girl who walked by if she was staff and she just raised her hand to us and carried on walking refusing to help.
Everything-staff rude
Location was convenient and beds are comfortable.
The smells like paint that makes me feel dizzy.
I am really grateful for having dish soap in the room. Thank you for that.
