Pros:

Personale cortese professionale e disponibile ma la struttura necessiterebbe di essere rivista soprattutto nell’arredamento.

Nice stay, but…
Pros:

Hotel worker Anthony is super nice and kind, always helping. Hotel is in good location near cable car.

The manager of the hotel came to our room at 8 pm to change the trash can, didn't apologize, nothing. We freaked out.

Also, we were told that we could charge our Tesla all night, the hotel manager was ripping out the car's charging cable in the morning. That wasn’t nice. There is several cameras in the car, we have video and pictures.

Leider wurde die Heizung nur für ein Stunden eingeschaltet, daher waren die Zimmer sehr kühl.
