Klidné romantické prostředí. Doporučuji
Pros:

Poloha unikátní,zahrady udržované,personál ochotný .

Cons:

Jediné co bych doporučil : zaučit personál obsluhující snídaňové hosty , aby např. míchaná vejce nevysoušeli až do zhrudkování a že ham&eggs není vysušená omeleta. Dále byl vždy nedostatek čerstvého pečiva který se nahrazoval baleným toastovým chlebem.

incredible experience
Pros:

incredible view and the atmosphere, we enjoyed the facilities and the grounds

Cons:

we liked everything as we had a short stay, perhaps for longer stays we’d prefer larger bed and normal shower instead of bathtub

Le plus bel hôtel de mon voyage en Toscane! Je ne me lâsse pas de la vue
Pros:

La suite dans la tour du château avec une vue à 360° sur la ville et la campagne était tout simplement exceptionnelle. L'autre suite avait également un cachet fou. La vue sur la ville , la grand piscine , le magnifique jardin.
Un parking souterrain !

Cons:

Le seul point négatif à retenir concerne la douche. Très faible débit d'eau chaude, voir même plus du tout vers 19h.
Rien de grave pour une nuit (au vu de tous les points positifs de cet hôtel), mais ça pourrait être problématique pour un séjour de plusieurs jours

True Tuscan villa overlooking Florence
Pros:

This villa is not only gorgeous inside but it is located overlooking the entire city of Florence, a truly magical view. Surrounded by gardens and nature, the villa has kept true to its roots keeping the original architecture and without much modern appliances.

Cons:

The bed was too noisy. Everything else was perfect.

Once in a lifetime trip that we will put on repeat! Love, Love Love
Pros:

Our new home away from home in Florence! Stop looking and start booking. The luxury hotel feels like your own private villa, complete with pool, amazing gardens and attentive wonderful staff including Ricardo, Abdulla, Babacar and Phil! We didn’t want to leave. And only 15 min to city center

Cons:

We loved everything!

A hotel to go to only for the view over Florence
Pros:

Unique and exceptional view of Florence

Historical property with incredible well cared for gardens.

Cons:

Bathroom needed complete refurbishment. The tiles were cracked, there was no shower(not even a bath shower) and very low water pressure.

Hotel lacked a proper restaurant.

Very tight underground car park not suited to large cars
